Holiday rentals with a patio in Pratovecchio Stia

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons apprécié son approche proactive avant notre arrivée et elle était très réactive à nos messages lorsque nous avions des questions. Il y avait une cuisine qui était fonctionnelle, la salle de bain était propre et la terasse était le highlight WOW de notre séjour. Nous étions 4 adultes dans le logement, ce qui est un peu serré, mais pour 2 nuits c'était parfait. Le divan-lit et le lit était très confortable et nous avons même pu y faire notre lessive. L'emplacement est parfait, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre-ville de Florence à pied à plusieurs reprises et nous avons profiter de l'épicerie à quelques pas du logement pour nous ravitailler. We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

First things first, Simona's attention to detail is amazing. Everything is so clean and professional. The apartment was even cooled down when we arrived, just how we liked it! The overall apartment was like in the pictures and the yard of the apartment was really nice. However the apartment is really quite small when the sofa is made to an bed. The outside yard helps with this a lot and is huge plus. It feels like an extension to the apartment. Simona recommended us some restaurants, we tried one called Mamma Pizza and found it awesome. She really has good recommendations and communication with her is really easy. The neighborhood of the apartment is nice and quiet and many places like the store and restaurants are within walking distance.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Tamara und Niccolò – vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und voller großartiger Tipps zur Umgebung. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass sie ohne Aufpreis unsere Wäsche gewaschen haben – eine wirklich nette und unerwartete Geste. Außerdem warteten zur Begrüßung kostenlose Snacks und Getränke auf uns – ein liebevolles Detail, das sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Tamara und Niccolò haben uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben: schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, eine zuverlässige Scooter-Vermietung und sogar eine Weinverkostung, die zu den Highlights unserer Reise zählte. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert sie auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste legen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Onwijs fijn appartement dat goed koel blijft tijdens warme dagen. Uitzicht vanaf het prive terras was adembenemend en het appartement was smetteloos schoon. Alles behalve een weegschaal om de koffer te wegen was aanwezig, echter die was binnen een half uur geleend van de ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaresse (die overigens olijfolie en honing van eigen kweek aanbiedt).

Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!
