Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Prato

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons apprécié son approche proactive avant notre arrivée et elle était très réactive à nos messages lorsque nous avions des questions. Il y avait une cuisine qui était fonctionnelle, la salle de bain était propre et la terasse était le highlight WOW de notre séjour. Nous étions 4 adultes dans le logement, ce qui est un peu serré, mais pour 2 nuits c'était parfait. Le divan-lit et le lit était très confortable et nous avons même pu y faire notre lessive. L'emplacement est parfait, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre-ville de Florence à pied à plusieurs reprises et nous avons profiter de l'épicerie à quelques pas du logement pour nous ravitailler. Merci Valentina!

Alessandro's apartment was absolutely fantastic - clean, well equipped, quiet and so close to all the amenities. Pasquale - Alessandro's brother-in-law - met us at the apartment to check us in personally. He was thorough in going over all the amenities in the apartment and was kind enough to stock the refrigerator with both still and sparkling water as well as a bottle of prosecco. There were also Nespresso pods and tea provided which we took advantage of along with cornetos and sfogliatella purchased from Madeleine and Gino's Bakery - both within minutes of the apartment. Also so convenient to have an extensive supermarket as well as an awesome gelataria just below the apartment. Pasquale also sent over restaurant recommendations and was kind enough to book a taxi for our departure. Alessandro's apartment is a definite 5 star property that comes with 5 star service from both himself and Pasquale. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florence!

Superbe logement extrêmement bien situé en plein centre touristique et malgré tout très calme. Magnifique terrasse avec super vue. Appartement avec air conditionné qui est le bienvenu quand il fait chaud. Appartement extrêmement propre et tout est beau et choisi avec goût. Hôtesse très gentille et toujours prompte à répondre aux multiples questions et de très bon conseil. Ce logement a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Nous avons adoré et le recommandons. Juste peut-être un parasol sur la terrasse serait le bien venu quand il fait chaud. Mais vraiment ce n'est qu'un détail.

If you are someone who values cleanliness, this is the place for you! This lovely unit is impeccably clean, stocked with quality amenities, offers a comfy bed, relaxing shower and is peaceful and quiet. It truly feels like a home away from home after long days touring the beautiful city of Florence. It is located near numerous restaurants, shops, stunning parks and is a quick walk to all the places we came to see. Upon arrival, we were met by Laura and Paolo, who carried our bags up and took just the right amount of time to explain the ins and outs of the unit and neighborhood to us. They even presented us with a bottle of local red wine! Staying here was a highlight and our only wish during our stay was that it could be longer! Thank you, Laura and Paolo.

This is your place for Florence! It was a perfect 2/2. Both rooms were really equal. Both bedrooms just outside the main bedroom and both with nice windows to open. Only one had the small patio for two people to enjoy. The location was great. You could do Taxi or Uber or even walk to main areas within 10 minutes. Our host met us to go over checkin and we were able to check in with luggage 2 hours early. The train was a 10 min walk, not bad with luggage unless you overpack like I did. Don’t do it. One backpack and one rolling luggage is all you need. Oh, the beds-wow!!!! They were nice and had beautiful bedding to help you sleep well. My 50th in Florence was epic!

1 day wasn’t enough here. I am so grateful for Marco’s responsiveness and I couldn’t be more thankful with the easy check in. Marco is very kind and the location is perfect. Thank you Marco!!

Herzlichen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Die perfekte Erholung nach einem Ausflug in die Stadt Florenz!

Wie auch die anderen Gäste waren wir rundum zufrieden und wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine ganz wundervolle Familie. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man zum gut leben und für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und uns total wohl gefühlt. Francesco ist ein sehr charmanter, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, mit dem wir nette Gespräche hatten. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir die Fürsorge für Kinder. Unser Kind liebte die bereit gestellten Spielzeuge, den grossen Garten und die Katzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lorenzo et Francesca ,dans un petit village paisible où les habitants sont sympathiques.Le logement est atypique avec tout le confort adéquat. Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

The apartment was spotless and just as described. Amazing views of the plaza and we had everything we needed provided to us within the apartment. We had an easy time checking in with Giampaolo and the location was unbeatable. Would stay here again in the future!

What a perfect apartment located steps away from the Duomo! It is so close to everything, but tucked away on a charming street so it is nice and quiet and the perfect respite after a day of walking around. Spacious, chic and spotlessly clean - our family of four felt super comfortable and absolutely loved our stay! The elevator made getting our luggage into the apartment seamless. And Giulio was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made check-in super easy, even including a generous welcome gift. We will absolutely return to this excellent apartment on our future visits!

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Gives a feel of living amongst the locals. The appartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were also nice amenities that we did not expect. Very much recommend.😊⚘️👌

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
