Holiday rentals with a patio in Prato

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's and truly appreciated our host Teona who gave wonderful recommendations. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants/cafes in a local neighborhood, but if you are looking for the tourists areas, the walk is 20-30 mins. Lovely area.

Everything was just as stated in the listing. Excellent appartement, helpful and easy-to-reach host. Pretty quiet neighborhood also. Two supermarkets right down the street - an all-in-all excellent stay.

I stayed a little over a month and it was a great stay! Market 7 min walk, bus stop nearby, city center a good 45 min walk. Apartment just like the photos, host Elisa always responded promptly. I only had a problem with the freezer, which I had to defrost because it produced a lot of ice, and with the refrigerator, which lowered the temperature on its own. Since I was storing insulin, I was worried, but I already notified the host and she will certainly check it. A good stay for those who prefer to stay outside the tourist center.

The apartment is located near the Cascine, 5 minutes' walk from the Tramway to the Center. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the Concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. The check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late Checkout, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11.00 a.m. but in the afternoon...thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Short walk to the city center, but still private and quiet. The balcony is such a selling point of this place. My partner and I wish we could have stayed for a week or more, we felt so at home. We hope to come back next year!

We will never forget our stay at Eleonora's place! It was simply our best Airbnb experience to date! Beautiful house in a great location, and a garden with which we fell in love, so much that we regretted not having booked it for another full week. It was actually really hard to say goodbye! Eleonora is an incredible host! She and her family made us feel at home, so welcome in all ways imaginable. The unit itself is gorgeous, spacious and fully equipped. The accomodation is well maintained, clean and everything was according to the advertisement. A perfect location to explore Florence. However the environment and the apartment itself is very noisy due to thin walls and loud neighbours.

As soon as I entered, it was a very cute and pretty accommodation. 🏡 It was a quiet neighborhood, so it wasn't noisy, and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the station. ~ There were many days when I came in late at night, but even after 11 o'clock, the neighborhood itself didn't look dangerous! The host kindly greeted me in person, and the accommodation was very clean and well-organized! All the tableware was provided, and there was a range and induction, so it was easy to cook and eat. There was water and champagne prepared in the fridge, and I drank well! The hotel didn't even give us water, so I was really impressed...🥹🤍 and I made a mistake in the middle and contacted you late, but I was grateful for your kind reply and understanding! I'll contact you when I have any questions, so I'd appreciate it if you could reply quickly! Oh, and the bed was so fluffy and comfortable. I rested comfortably in a nice accommodation. 🩷🩷

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Great place close to cities like Pisa, Firenze, Lucca. We really enjoyed the paved garden area for breakfast and late night drinks

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Great location in a quiet area and walkable to everything, city center, buses, train stations, and cafes. Nice to have air conditioning as it was hot when we were there and having a washing machine was bonus too. The host was great and responded quickly if we had a question. We would definitely recommend this location and stay again. Thank you!

Daniela's place in Florence was the perfect balance of a quiet neighborhood and being close to the city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean and was only a 2-3min walk to the tram that takes you right to the city center of Florence where all the iconic sights and food can be reached. The apartment also had had all the necessary amenities for a few nights stay. The laundry machine and drying rack were easily available and were a much appreciated amenity. There was also a lockable, enclosed one car garage reserved for the apartment that we left our car in during our stay. The neighborhood also felt very safe and quiet even at night. Daniela was a great host who was very responsive and friendly and helpful with everything we needed. If you find yourself looking for a place outside the busy city center to stay while in Florence I highly recommend Danielas place!

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!
