Family-friendly holiday rentals in Prati, Rome

Amazing location right in the very heart of Trastavere. This apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Rome and was in a perfect location to access the sights of the city and the dining and nightlife of charming Trastavere. It was exactly as described and Germana was a friendly and welcoming host. Hopefully one day we can return.

Location was great! Very close walking distance to the Vatican. Worked well for my family of 5. Apartment is on the 4th floor with a very small elevator that barely fit our family. Luckily we didn’t mind taking stairs. It worked well to sleep and get ready in as we were out all day most of the time were stayed here. Other attractions(coliseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc) are not within walking distance and will need to take taxi.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Rome! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—tucked away on a charming street, yet just steps from all the major sights, cafes, and gelato shops. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Our host was also incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. Waking up each morning and stepping out into the heart of Rome was a dream. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Eternal City!

Fantastic place in an amazing location!!! Walking distance to everything you need. Karina was so kind and full of recommendations!! She even booked us a reservation on our first night which turned out to be fantastic!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

Loved this stay. The location is right by the Trevi fountain making it super walkable to all of Rome’s historic sites. The only downside (or upside depending on your perspective) is that it is right by the trevi fountain so always extremely lively outside. The apartment itself is stunning and looks just like the pictures. It felt very clean with all the amenities. Space is not a problem. There is really only one shower but two bathrooms. Getting in and out of the apartment was also easy and the elevator is a nice perk if you have any in your party who cannot walk up the stairs! Would stay again

Este apartamento fue perfecto para nuestra visita a Roma. La zona es tranquila y nos sentimos seguros. Puedes caminar tranquilamente a sitios turísticos y hay una estación de metro cercana. El lugar es muy bonito y agradable, te sientes en casa. Todo funcionaba perfecto.

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

Massimiliano’s place is a great place to stay. He met us upon arrival and gave us a little orientation regarding his place, provided local guides, treats, candies, water, coffee, etc. A really nice host and very responsive! The place is located on the 1st floor (second floor in the U.S.) but has a small elevator perfect for luggage. It has a strategic location, walkable, close to the Vatican and other tourist attractions. We found our favorite place in Roma! Will definitely come back to his place next time. Has three bedrooms. Highly recommended!

The host was super proactive in helping us get to the airbnb. Any and all questions we had were promptly answered. Fantastic experience.

Le logement était conforme à la description. Il est très bien équipé. Nous étions vraiment au calme et c’est appréciable lorsque l’on rentre de grosses journées de visite. Alessio est un hôte très sympathique et réactif lorsque l’on avait des questions. Je recommande sans problème ce logement.

Stairs are no joke but if you have the stamina to climb 106 steps, after a long day exploring Rome, then the climb is worth it. The views are outstanding and sunrise/sunset is so memorable. Having a washing machine in the space is huge plus - we used it every day. AC was phenomenal. The neighborhood is gorgeous and you are in walking distance to so much. Location. Location. Location. Never had a bad meal. Great friendly service everywhere. Loved spending our anniversary at this spot. Space had plenty of storage. Highly recommend Suppli Roma which is within 7 minutes walking. Alojsia was wonderful and helped us with car service from the airport and to the cruise port. Staying in the location allowed us to live like a local and beats staying at a hotel in central Rome. There are gelato and coffee bars within minutes.

Z pobytu u Livii jestem bardzo zadowolona. Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem: przestronne, gustownie umeblowane, z dużym i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji gości jest duży taras ze stołem i krzesłami. Często z niego korzystaliśmy pijąc kawę lub wino. Czystość w mieszkaniu i łazience idealna 5/5. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, przybory kuchenne oraz oliwa i inne przyprawy. Livia przygotowała poczęstunek. Zostawiła też wodę w lodówce, masło oraz do wyboru zestawy herbat i kawę. Livia jest bardzo sympatyczna i gościnna. Miło zostaliśmy przez nią przywitani. Poleciła nam ciekawe miejsca do zobaczenia, przygotowała specjalnie dla gości informator i mapę miasta. Od razu zarezerwowała na wieczór dla nas stolik w restauracji. To bardzo miłe. Kontakt z Livią był doskonały. Reaguje na wszystkie pytania i ewentualne prośby. Dziękuję Livio za Twoją gościnność :)

We loved our stay at Luca's place, perfect central location, all the sites very walkable but also good access to other parts of the city either on foot or via public transport. The apartment was clean, well cared for with all the amenities you need for a short break. Luca and Emiliano were excellent hosts, met us at check in and showed us around. They also provided plenty of recommendations in advance of our stay.

Amazing place very close to Rome. Feels like the middle of the countryside, there are even chickens running about. Quiet and peaceful, yet only walking distance from restaurants and shops. There is a tennis clubs and gym just up the road, too. Easy access to via Appia Antica and to Rome city centre. Very friendly host

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The interior is very warm and all amenities are new. I would say jimmy is a great and super helpful host. He provides clear check in instructions and many good recommendations on food and places to visit. Such a pleasant experience.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Perfection. Absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and safe. A really peaceful sanctuary after the hectic feeling of the city centre. But so centrally located. We cycled to the centre on bikes we hired from a bike shop about 5 mins walk away. It took about 25 mins to cycle to the centre. We also got taxis a couple of times for convenience and it was a 10 min drive to the centre/termini station, cost 10-20 euros. The swimming pool and beautiful garden were a godsend in the heat. Ale and Roby were welcoming, kind and helpful, such lovely people. The friendly family cats were the icing on the cake! Highly recommended - we were sad to leave! Thank you both for sharing your lovely villa!

The space is located in a basement, but it has been beautifully decorated and feels very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and while the kitchen and social area are on the smaller side, they were perfect for our needs. We had a wonderful time, and my kids especially loved the small pool!”

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!
