A beautiful spot on earth! Jenny, Angelo and their family are incredibly friendly and lovable people who immediately welcome you into their beautiful community. The property is tastefully designed, everything is homemade and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need. A place where you can sit together and exchange ideas, help each other and spend a very relaxed and quiet time. Jenny always gave us great tips and was very helpful. The sea is about 40 minutes away and easily accessible by car. The nearby lake is a great place to relax, and the nearest village for shopping is also not far away. We extended our stay and would have liked to stay much longer. We will definitely come back.

This was my first time staying in Tuscany. Serena’s property was beautiful and very serene. We enjoyed staying in the paint apartment which included everything we needed for cooking and eating in. The pool was great to relax in after hot afternoons. We were also able to rent Serena’s e-bikes for a full day to tour some local wineries in the Brunello region, which was fantastic. This was a five star stay and Serena and her family were so welcoming!

The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

The apartment is located in an enchanting place! The scenery is breathtaking. The kitchen is well-equipped, we cooked good food. The sunsets are beautiful and the pool is very convenient for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Deb, the neighbor who welcomed us and guided us throughout our stay. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered a vineyard: Ciarliana, where Sara gave us a tasting that exceeded our expectations. We are totally in love with Tuscany!

Great stay. Apartment interior was cool and grounds and pool were beautiful.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tenuta la Santissima is a stunning gem in Tuscany. Pierre and Eric welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel like old friends. The apartment perfectly combines Tuscan charm with modern comforts—spacious, spotless, and with a private terrace offering breathtaking views. We loved the peaceful garden, the refreshing pool, and the sweet dogs, Gaston and Stig. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the top-quality espresso machine and unlimited refills! It’s also a great base for day trips to Siena, Florence, and other charming towns. Every detail is done with care, and it shows. We left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
