We are on the bike trail and within walking distance of historic downtown Rogers amenities, where you will find fine dining, craft beers, bike shop, coffee shops, art galleries, cobble stone streets, and a farmers market. We are on a short dead end street a little more than a city block long, on a large .37 acre lot. It is a safe neighborhood. Neighbors know one another and extended family lives on the street.

Connor's cottage by the lake was...marvelous! Connor does everything to set up thoughtful details and offerings during the stay. Because of his great instructions, the house was easy to access. He created a welcoming environment with the hot tub and lights already on. The space was beautiful, warm and inviting. My family enjoyed the large, updated kitchen, and it was well-stocked for the various meals I had planned. The two bathrooms were so helpful, and the towels provided were plenty. There was ample seating in the family room and comfortable bed space- my children loved the bunk and day beds. If I had a few complaints they were these: yes, the water filter is out of date...way out of date. The lake might be a 2 minute walk, as listed, but it is not accessible for use. We had to drive 6 minutes to get there. And more seats around the island/kitchen table would have been helpful. However, the beauty of the space and Connor's prompt responses made us quickly forget any deficits.

I seriously cannot wait to come back to this condo! Me and my girlfriends had the best time here. It was the perfect retreat. We stayed up late playing Jenga in front of the fireplace, they had so many fun games to choose from! Also… I don’t know what scent they’re using, but the whole place smells so good. Even the shampoo and conditioner were amazing—really great quality, which you don’t always get in rentals. I totally appreciated that little touch!The kitchen had everything we needed, which was perfect because we brought all our own food and cooked some fun meals together. The beds were super comfy and plenty of extra blankets! They had yoga blocks and mats as well with a cute side yard where we were able to do a yoga class! We also booked a wakeboarding trip through NWA Water Sports (same owners), and it was such a blast. Definitely a highlight of the weekend. Already Planning our next trip back!

this place was amazing. felt just like home. the decor was adorable and fit the house perfectly! quiet area, literally the cutest house i have ever stayed in. not to mention, my car got stuck and jamie helped me get it out. she went above and beyond for my mother and i. not only is the house beautiful, but so is her heart. would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

This is such a wonderful space for a peaceful retreat. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out and our kids especially enjoyed the loft area. The cabin was very clean and comfortable — it felt like home. My favorite part was the big porch — we spent a full afternoon out there chatting, reading, and watching deer. The hosts even left corn and birdseed to feed the animals along with other goodies. If we are back in the area, this is a top pick of mine.
