Holiday rentals with a patio in Prainha

Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

Extremely pleasant location. Matheus is always proactive, always responding quickly and with agility. Check in and check out facilitated. Nice, quiet environment. Worth every penny paid. Matheus is to be congratulated

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend it!!! Beautiful and cozy place, I felt at home, super attentive host! They recommended good beaches, good places for walking, restaurants, markets, fish shops..! I will return as soon as possible!

The condominium is well organized and has a family atmosphere, which added a special touch to our stay. Every detail of the apartment made all the difference, from the cozy decor to the amenities available, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The spectacular view of the site is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the stay; watching the sunrise from the balcony was a magical and unforgettable experience. In addition, the location is great, allowing easy access. Sure, we'll be back soon to enjoy this temporary home again. I recommend it to everyone looking for a memorable hosting experience!

The place is a cute one. My husband served well for me. We had no problem. The local tb is close to the beach. I recommend mto.

Flavia treated us very well, always promptly. The house is large, spacious, cozy and has everything you need for a perfect stay, as ours was. The only flaw was the split air-conditioning in one of the rooms that was making noise, the rest were very good. Anyone staying at this place will love it. The house is 250 meters from the beach, around it has everything, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, etc. Very good. Very safe and quiet place. Congratulations Flavia on your home

Silvia was available throughout the stay , the access was through electronic lock which made our access easier. Air conditioner working very well , the house has everything to cook and barbecue . Great location, easy access to several beautiful beaches. Our pets loved the huge yard of the house ( two large sized) . I recommend:)

The house is great, exactly like in the pictures! Close to the beach, big and cozy house.

It was all right. We found it easily, the desk was already there to greet us, the apartment was clean and smelly. It had good cooking utensils and linens on the beds. The apartment surprised me because in the photos the room looked small, but it was slightly larger than I expected. We settled well. Facing a more “deserted” beach, very quiet, and we went in high season (new year). Just cross the street and you are already on the beach, this made it very easy because to go to others it was a small stress with traffic and to find a place to park because the city was full, so for me it was very worth it mainly because it was very close to one of the beaches. In short we had an excellent stay, all questions and msg were answered quickly.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

Well-located apartment, comfortable, clean, with all infrastructure, split in all environments, many utensils, everything working. Close to the cove beach, bars, shops, market, bakery, we didn't need to use the car for almost anything. Flexible key delivery, no bureaucracy. The host always answered my questions. At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
