I loved the stay. Home very clean and like the pictures. Small enclosed backyard, where my puppy can be free and at ease. Cris and Rodrigo welcomed me very well, and I intend to return soon. Capri Beach is very close, and with calm waters and a lot of tranquility. 10 out of 10 for everything!

Great, spacious and cozy house! Large rooms, excellent outdoor area, good location, very quiet place. Great for bringing family, friends and pets. The owner of the house always serving and assisting us when necessary! We highly recommend it!

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! Firstly, I would like to thank Tarso for giving its space, a piece of paradise in Itapoá, a beautiful and cozy house, with a garden with trees, we enjoy a lot, just 40/50 steps you are on the beach. Tarso was super gentle and gave a little chic to my baby he loved, all the afternoon naps went there. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

already knew the nearby beaches. it was very easy to get there. everything was very clean and organized. She was very attentive and quick to respond.

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation is in a privileged place as shown in the photos of the listing, comfortable, clean, safe, we had sheets and towels to change. All the elements for the beach. Away from the noise, a few kilometers from the supermarket and other beaches with more nightlife. Dattero was always in touch to ask if we needed anything. A place to go back to and recommend without a doubt !!!

Nice apartment! it's the 4th time we rented in this Residential!!! First time in Gabrielle's depto, which has everything indicated in the listing! The best thing is that it is on the ground floor and you don't have to go up and down stairs, parking very fair for trucks! Gabrielle was super attentive and was quick to respond to my concerns !!!

Excellent place, great location, we do not need to take the car out of the garage for nothing, besides, the apartment is in the back which saves us from the noise of the street, it is on the ground floor which is great because we do not need to carry heavy bags upstairs, saves a lot of effort and has a lot of privacy. The beds are really good, the air works really well and saved us, as we catch very hot days. The kitchen is great, catering very well and the utensils are new. We like it very much and intend to come back more often.

Excellent! Beautiful, clean and well organized apartment, close to everything. Unique reservation is for a led hose that sits under the kitchen counter, the tip was loose and my boy got a shock, it was only the scare, but it's good to be careful with young children.

No words to express our gratitude! Simply perfect! We were greeted with great affection and a delicious shrimp!! Dona Ana and Jorge are amazing people, extremely helpful. We don't feel like we're staying, we feel friends! Great place to hang out with family and kids. Airy space, impeccable cleaning. All the tours we did took us and guided us.
