An excellent option for family vacations, especially for those traveling with children. The house is very close to the quiet beach, which provided moments of fun and also rest. Without a doubt, it is an option that meets the needs of those seeking leisure and comfort during the holidays very well, as the house has a cozy atmosphere and a great location.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We used the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The Sobradinho Vermelho is a charming, cozy and bright place. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is a show! We were also able to appreciate the caiçara culture in the casting of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

Huge gratitude for this place, extremely clean, organized. A lot of peace, security, lots of things to do, amazing view of the beach, lots of convenience, no doubt will be our destination many times still, thank Hosts for all attention and sympathy! It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

We loved the stay, the house met all our needs. Large and full of space... My family loved the place and everything was as advertised. Nerli was very attentive and served us very well. I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

We had a great stay spacious and very comfortable house Excellent location! You've met our expectations!

Super clean and organized house, everything as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, with a bakery very close to the house and a good distance from the beaches (600m from Prainha and 400m from Enseada). Luana, very friendly, promptly responded to everything we requested. The beds are comfortable, clean linens, and the outdoor shower is great for getting the sand off your body. The barbecue with grill, and kitchen with basic utensils, served us well. It was great days, I recommend the accommodation!

Spacious house. Well located. Close to the beach, panificadora and market. Comfortable beds. Clean, smelling bedding and towels. Super clean and fragrant bathroom. All impeccable. Very nice atmosphere. Excellent service and reception of Camila. Nossa was very happy ! We will return when possible.
