We had a wonderful time at David's apartment. He gave check-in instructions which made it go smoothly. He answered all our questions quickly. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed swimming and walking along it. The apartment met our needs for cooking some meals and relaxing. The apartment was quiet and the view is amazing. There was lots of space for 2 of us. The air conditioner worked great. We recommend David's apartment.

We were pleased to return for the 2 time in the accommodation, always very clean and smelling, we feel that the hosting is always prepared with great care and affection, Lídia is a great host, when triggered returns with agility and willingness to help. I look forward to returning soon!!

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days in the space of Marcelo and Camila and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and warm mt. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes from the street that has the little shops and restaurants of the village. Our communication was with Marcelo and it was the best possible. We had a problem with the company in the trip and Marcelo made everything easy for us, checking in and out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything in a quick and clear way. For us it was wonderful to be able to count on his help. Also provided us with several information about the region (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we need, Marcelo responded in an agile, extremely polite and helpful way. We highly recommend! Thank you again, Marcelo!

Paula is a great host, always helping us, giving us suggestions for places. The little corner is very pleasant, very homey, not to mention that we were greeted by her kittens, two wonderful ones🤭. It was a great stay, I would return to stay with her!

Location chosen for our honeymoon. Next to the Church of Carneiro, very well located, quiet beach for children and family! Rodrigo was super attentive, gave all the information about the location and a bit more! Apto as per ad and even more, very well equipped kitchen to spend quiet days. Comfortable rooms. Maria Luisa was a great host. The apartment is extremely pleasant, beautiful and impeccable. She treated me and my family very well. The building's common areas are excellent, clean pool and warm water. Not to mention the amazing rooftop view. The beach in front is wonderful, which gave us great memories. Excellent apartment, right on the beach. Complete condominium with swimming pool, secure parking, doorman always available, especially Nice, who received us with great politeness and sympathy. Very comfortable accommodation, better than in the photos, safe and pleasant location, helpful and friendly condominium staff. Patacho beach is a short walk from the apartment, the streets have no pavement, and to access other beaches or shops, it is ideal to have your own vehicle. The condominium is excellent and the pool is the strong point, it is giant and the water is hot until closing time (22:00). Perfect location, easy to find, close to paradisiacal beaches and next to a cool restaurant. My Ap was on the 3rd floor and the view is wonderful, there is no price to have breakfast every day with the view of the scenery of the beach, very beautiful. I loved the stay and will come back more often to stay at Japaratinga Flat, an excellent cost-benefit. Wonderful Place. A peace and silence I've never seen. Who is a rented car will have no difficulty buying anything. Within a radius of up to 17min you can buy whatever you need. I just missed a washing machine. But that didn't take away the glow of this marvelous place. Security was the most impressive. I just have to thank you for staying with my family for these 3 wonderful days. I hope to come back.
