Excellent apartment, right on the beach. Complete condominium with swimming pool, secure parking, doorman always available, especially Nice, who received us with great politeness and sympathy. Various household appliances and electronics as well, we don't miss anything. Rinaldo, always very polite and helpful, gave us tips on restaurants and a tour guide. We took the tour with the agency he recommended and it was totally worth it. We love everything, it was definitely a very good experience. 10/10

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days in the space of Marcelo and Camila and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and warm mt. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes from the street that has the little shops and restaurants of the village. Our communication was with Marcelo and it was the best possible. We had a problem with the company in the trip and Marcelo made everything easy for us, checking in and out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything in a quick and clear way. For us it was wonderful to be able to count on his help. Also provided us with several information about the region (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we need, Marcelo responded in an agile, extremely polite and helpful way. We highly recommend! Thank you again, Marcelo!

Our stay was excellent, my husband and I went to seek tranquility and quiet, and we found much more. We went to celebrate our crystal wedding and the hostess left a beautiful card with a beautiful message and a delicious chocolate, it really made us very emotional. The flat is very new and has a very beautiful decoration, I managed to cook my meals and we had a lot of peace and silence as we wanted. The host is a note 10 same! We're going to want to go back!

Flat is beautiful and cozy in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Northeast. Exactly as in the pictures, well decorated and equipped, the very kind host, always responding when requested. I highly recommend it!

Everything as advertised. Clean and well organized. Quiet and great condominium for those who want to spend a few quiet days. Restaurants and services just a few steps away. Regarding the location and going to the beach, you will need a car. As I always suggest for those who will stay somewhere on the Route of Miracles (Tatuamunha, Patacho, Milagres, Marceneiro). Be careful on rainy days, if you have a very low car, there is a risk of getting stuck. Communication with the host was very fast and smooth. We loved the trip!

Isadora was very helpful and answered all the questions. She also indicated the Caretaker of the building who gave us all necessary instructions.

Conceição apartment is perfect for your stay in São José da Coroa Grande! Strategic location, everything you need is close! It has a covered parking space, 24-hour concierge, a super safe and comfortable place! I would say it's even better than the pictures, the view is amazing! Air conditioners work very well, I recommend this place!

Yara e sirlene very attentive condominium employees also Lots of Gentiles For whom likes a northeastern food At night . It has a simple restaurant, but with a very good spice 5 minutes walk from the condominium. Grate to God and you who have given us a very valuable time

Very comfortable accommodation, better than in the photos, safe and pleasant location, helpful and friendly condominium staff. Patacho beach is a short walk from the apartment, the streets have no pavement, and to access other beaches or shops, it is ideal to have your own vehicle. Wonderful Place. A peace and silence I've never seen. Who is a rented car will have no difficulty buying anything. Within a radius of up to 17min you can buy whatever you need. I just missed a washing machine. But that didn't take away the glow of this marvelous place. Security was the most impressive. I just have to thank you for staying with my family for these 3 wonderful days. I hope to come back.
