We really liked the apartment Monstera. The location was very good, the apartment was perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable. Anastasia was very friendly and helpful. We felt like home. Excellent accommodation for a holiday. I recommend.

Very nice clean studio with a little kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful views from the balcony to the ocean and a part of the city. Calm. Elisabete was very friendly and responsive .

This is a beautiful place! The pictures did not do it justice. It was open and spacious, we felt relaxed the minute we stepped in! We traveled with our 3 adult children and we had plenty of space. There were a lot of extra touches-fresh flowers, a cooler to use, swim towels, complimentary cake and wine, and blankets for use out on the patio. The parking was convenient as we rented a car for travel on the island. We took the path to town and wish we would have done this earlier to enjoy the beach. The view was mesmerizing and we even saw some dolphins! dolphins! We woredolphinsdolphins

We were welcomed immediately very friendly by Connie, who gave us great tips for the restaurants in the neighborhood and some fresh vegetables from the garden. Connie and Johnny are always available for any questions, yet you have total privacy. The view is amazing, day and night. All furniture is from the highest quality, fully equipped kitchen, a perfect bed and an awesome bath. Worth every cent, just book it and you will have a dream vacation!

Great place to stay , Maria is very responsive and helpful. The apartment was the same as described: clean and spacious with all amenities, including parking.

Had a great 5 night stay in the apartment, could have happily stayed longer. It was just as shown/described and lived up to our expectations based on the reviews. The balcony was the perfect place to relax and the views were stunning at night. We could get to everything we wanted in around 10-15 minutes walk. Would happily book again. Thanks for a great stay

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was especially convenient, we enjoyed making breakfast each morning and eating out on the balcony. The location was also perfect, with many restaurants nearby. The spots in the parking lot were tight, but there were many nearby parking spots on the street, so parking was never a problem. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond during our stay. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Madeira.

This is an exceptional find in Madeira - beautiful apartment with one of the greatest infinity pools we've ever seen (we didn't have it heated, as the refreshing dip was PERFECT after walking up and down Madeira's incredibly steep hills!) Great amenities and if you don't fancy walking back up after an evening enjoying Calheta's fine restaurants, a taxi is only about €6 (would def recommend a car to explore the island though)

The apartment and the view are unprecedented and offer everything you need. You can hear the highway and the airport, but the noise is manageable and not at all disturbing. A very big plus for Fátima and José, who were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They offered support at all times and were immediately available. A big thank you to both of them!

Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent stay. The apartment is spacious and has a wonderful deck overlooking the harbor at Camara do Lobo. The town was a pleasant surprise also. It is not busy like Funchal but had plenty of eating options and a pretty harbor. The private parking space and washing machine were big pluses also.

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Funchal, directly on Formosa Beach. The view from the balcony is super nice and it is also a good place to have breakfast. The accommodation was super equipped, everything necessary and much more was available.

The view from the apartment is spectacular. The area is quiet. However, if you are sensitive to noise when sleeping, it is better to sleep with the window closed. So you don't hear the morning traffic, and neither do the dogs and the rooster in the distant neighborhood. Julie is very helpful and always quick to help when you need something. She had brought pastries and Madeira to welcome them. Please note that the terrace is not connected to the apartment. That is, you have to first get out of the house and then onto the terrace. I was able to park the car comfortably on the property. I will miss the view! I can highly recommend the apartment.

Great location, beautiful views and conveniently above a mall with included parking underneath.

An all-around perfect place to stay. We felt very comfortable here and can only recommend it to everyone. In the neighborhood, several dogs started barking in the evening. But that was bearable and not for long. In addition, there was a faulty fire alarm in the building one night. However, the problem was taken care of very quickly.

Filipa was a great host and this is one of the best AirBnb’s we have stayed in. Great location, only a short walk into town and the area is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a park just over the road. Great space with lots of attention to detail and very clean. We loved Funchal and will definitely be booking this accommodation again when we return. Thank you for such a great stay.

Well located and well equipped accommodation opposite the Forum Madeira shopping center. Milla is a very responsive host and the explanations for accessing and using the accommodation are very clear. Access to the adjacent hotel pool is a significant bonus. Only small downside, the bed a little small in the bedroom, for the rest everything is in line with what you expect from a vacation home.

The accommodation was beautifully located in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also found the private parking lot great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. Betty is the top host! She welcomed us with open arms. Very fast to respond, friendly and helpful! We were able to check out in the afternoon and enjoyed our last lunch at home before leaving for the airport. The view of the mountains is breathtaking at day and night time. The apartment is absolutely huge. It was our 3rd visit to Madeira with our elderly mum. She got beautiful bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Betty also got an armchair for mum so she could relax on the balcony. We had such a comfortable and great stay! highly recommended!

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

Loved our stay at Leonardo’s place. Beautiful view from the apartment and the infinity pool. Peaceful area, with good security - always felt very safe. Leonardo was very responsive and had good communication throughout. We initially struggled to get in due to the lockbox being stuck, but this was quickly resolved within 10 mins. The apartment was very clean and our needs were met. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was great. The only thing we noted was that the apartment is right next to a nursery which could get noisy during the day, but it is manageable especially as we would usually be outside during those hours. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend to others.

This was a beautiful Airbnb with a great patio. Tons of wonderful restaurants were in walking distance. Paulo was a very friendly host and even delivered fresh bread every morning!

Nice apartment to stay for a long holiday with beautiful views of Praira Formosa. Infinity pool, ample space, well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Free parking in the apartment's garage. The location was perfect being just outside of Funchal with easy access to ER 101. The apartment sits up on the hill with a short walk to the promenade; you can walk either towards Camara de Lobos or Funchal. Lots of restaurants on the promenade and on Estrada Monumental. There is a supermarket (Continente) just 2-3 blocks down the street from the apartment. The local host met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was clean and comfortable coming home after a day of hiking (purchase trail tickets 3E on Simplifica for all the PR# trails). A car is a must if you are going to hike and see Maderia. No Jacuzzi and gym is old and poorly equipped.

If I could, I would give to this accomodation and Patricia way more stars :) The flat is perfect. Great location, ocean view, everything was clean, nice and neat. Also those little, but big, details - dimmable light, extra fluffy blanket (not going to spoil more:) Watching stars while in jacuzzi.. Just awesome :) And Patricia is amazing host. Always quick answer, helpful, proactive, friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will definitely book this place again, if we ever come back :)
