Holiday rentals with a balcony in Praia Formosa

A very good stay in this perfectly located apartment. There was everything you needed, the bed was comfortable, the stay pleasant. The parking space is very convenient. I recommend it!

Has one of the best restaurants right across the road (go in the evening for an authentic local vibe) The flat was clean & airy and the local is good if you don’t want the business of Funchal. Only thing missing was directions to find the pool as there isn’t signage, however they provided this straight away on request.

Everything is fine, the location is great, the view from the window is beautiful, clean, everything we needed was there. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

We had a great time at the apartment. The bedding is very comfortable, the apartment is beautiful and has a great view of the sea. The nights are quiet, no noise. Everything was great, maybe add soap/shampoo and extra toilet paper for long stays. The neighborhood is clean, by the sea with good restaurants nearby

Very good apartment, corresponding to the listing :) The balcony overlooking the mountain is a real plus, the view is soothing, especially in the evening with the lights of the surrounding houses. The host is responsive and available if there are any questions. The apartment is in the heights near a square in the city, you have the feeling of soaking up the local life. Another plus: the swimming pool in the residence ☀️

We had a wonderful time in Madeira! The place was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described in the photos. The location was perfect – quiet but still close to shopping and attractions. Check-in went smoothly and the contact with the host was friendly and helpful at all times. We would recommend the place at any time and would be happy to come back!

Clean apartment, new, well-equipped, large balcony and great view!

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is very clean and big and very well equipped. We had a great time. Check in was easy. The house is in a great location and very close to cafés and restaurants. Everything worked fine except for the dishwasher but we have notified the host :)

It is a lovely place with great views. It is clean, and everything is as the pictures show. The road is steep, like any other in the hills. It is easy to park inside, even with a big car.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The location makes for a lovely view over Machico with the benefit of being walkable to the nearest big shop - the decor is tasteful the amenities are fantastic and the whole property is extremely spacious. We needed a car to get around and with the gate and garage this was perfect, cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Was a great place to stay! Only thing to worry about is the neighbors dog that barks often if you’re a light sleeper, wasn’t an issue for me but was for my other guest. So much space and very private. Host was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had! Parking was easier than we thought it’d be.

The house inside is very clean, pleasant. I liked everything, the spacious kitchen, the hall on the ground floor! The second has 3 bedrooms spacious, everything was very clean! The only disadvantage is the road in front of the house Thank You!

It was a wonderful stay. The house is as in the pictures, the view is beautiful. The surroundings are beautiful, a great corner of Madeira. The only thing you can complain about is the smell in the downstairs bathroom, but since two bathrooms are available, it was not a problem.
