Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia do Pontal

Ja knew Paraty, but being greeted by Gustavo and Elaine was actually very good. Local people from the start have been great hosts. The house is even better than the description, very clean, no infiltration, well-equipped, etc. The region of the house is amazing, very preserved, with nearby tourist spots and a view that would not be able to be recorded in a photo. The only fear was reports of power outage, but it is something that happens in general throughout the region, including in the center of Paraty, and we have no more than 10 minutes without power. Note 1000.

Juliana was perfect, extremely polite. The people who collaborate in the house are also extremely trustworthy and mega considerate. The breakfast is delicious, made me addicted to fruit salad with honey and granola. The lodging is a little piece of paradise, AMAZING. And it really is a pet friendly space, for real. We'll be back soon 🩷

Everything is fine. An accommodation with plenty of space. Nature is all around the house. Water Noise, Practically inside the Tarzan and Tobogã waterfall. A unique and rewarding experience. I will definitely check availability on my next trip to Paraty to stay again✌🏼.

Surreal Experience! We spent the holiday at the Tatá house in Paraty and, without exaggeration, was one of the best trips of our life. Since the beginning, the Tatá was super good people, attentive and made a difference in our experience. The house is too top, cozy, well-equipped and true to the photos. All very clean, organized and in a super quiet place. Paraty is a paradise apart — the landscapes, the beaches, waterfalls, the centrinho with that unique climate, the food… all amazing! Not to mention the vibe of the city and the receptivity of the residents, which was sensational. It was a trip that marked, of those that we return renewed and already wanting to repeat. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Mr. José received us in an impeccable way, with clear instructions, tips given in advance and the place was so welcoming! All very clean, pleasant and cozy.. we will come back more often. Another important point for us was the location, close to all the senses of the city: Paraty Mirim, Historic Center, Trindade. Very good!

We were very welcome by Silvia and Pela Ezequiel. The accommodation is wonderful, with the sound of the sea to the bottom and views of it and the forest. The Itanema beach is beautiful and secluded, being ideal for those who want privacy and tranquility.

The house manages to be even more beautiful in person! We had an easy time arriving at the house with Aline's instructions, we arrived the night and it was quiet. It has a lot of blankets because it's really cold at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt at home being able to cook and barbecue at the balcony barbecue. The jacuzzi is wonderful we use it every night and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At the back of the house there is a land that we can access with a river that makes a very tasty noise and the view is beautiful. We went to the river to see close but I recommend going with repellents because the mosquitoes attack (inside the house not). It has a smart tv with several channels and the internet works very well. The only negative point that it is not the fault of the hostess is that in the same deserted street there are many cars and motorcycles at night (people traveling), so there is noise, but nothing that is serious. We would definitely go back to the house! Very perfect!

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

Everything was excellent! I went with my husband and my two young children, the place could not have been better. The house is extremely comfortable, and all the details are beautiful. It's very well equipped for a spectacular vacation. The condo is very nice and safe, you can go on excursions that leave a few blocks away, it also has restaurants, a store and a beach about 3 blocks away. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment is great, just like in the pictures. The location is excellent: the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, perfect for resting and walking with peace of mind. One of the highlights is the incredible view of all the rooms — really charming and makes all the difference in the stay. Everything was very clean and well organized, and Ana was always helpful and easy to communicate.Recoming hosting and would come back for sure!

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Local was clean, and very pleasant, has air conditioning, fan, elevator, wifi, utensils in the kitchen at your disposal. Hostess responds quickly and very cordial. We will definitely be back !

The accommodation is very good, clean and with good infrastructure for the guest. We only miss the bed and bath linen, which we had to take from home, which causes a certain inconvenience for the traveler.

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

Guillermo always responded quickly and was willing to help with everything that was needed. Very polite host! The place is exactly as in the pictures. Everything works perfectly. Great quality bed and bath linen. It is very close to the Fasano hotel. 2 minutes' walk! It's well worth it!

An excellent stay, we will definitely return, we rented and came with a complete package, Mateus is amazing and very fun, we arrived at the turn of the year, exactly 15 minutes from the turn of 2022 to 2023 and he was waiting for us, so here I leave my thanks Matthew for everything and I tell the next guests who can rent with closed eyes, he will make you feel better than in the house itself and do not worry because he will solve everything you need and for sure it is the best boat tour in the region, there is nothing better than knowing the region with him 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I only have positive things to say, starting with Mr. Luiz who gave us all the assistance we need is the friendliness in person. The house accommodates about 9 people and is very close to a waterfall. We received some frequent visits from the neighboring chickens and from a super friendly dog that we call Carlão kkkkkk. We'll be back soon!!

Casa is beautiful, cozy and huge (bigger than the impression it gives in the photos), it has behaved very well for everyone. All bedrooms have a bathroom, which is important for group travel and the kitchen is well equipped. Strategic location, between Cunha and Paraty, which allows for several tours. There's just no market nearby, so you need to get to one of the cities or get ready before the trip. I was very well cared for and welcomed.

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

In addition to the information and clarifications on doubts, Marco was also very attentive with tips about the location. The house is located near the Curupira beach, but with a slight climb. The house is exactly like but photos, it was extremely clean and organized, but the neighbors are very close. However, I misheard them while I was in the house. I was received by D. Ana who is a wonderful person! Throughout my stay made me super comfortable and comfortable to use all the rooms of the house (including washing machine), prepared a great breakfast and even helped me with contacts of local boatmen and tips. Outside the great company to throw a conversation out at the end of the day. I particularly didn't like the beach of the curupira community itself (the beach is mangrove bottom) when compared to other beaches /communities in Mamanguá. But this lacked research on my part and just paddle / take a boat to another beach.

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty). Extremely safe and quiet place, for those who seek peace and quiet will certainly not regret it. Vando (owner) is without comment... super helpful, friendly, helpful and polite... I made this motorcycle trip with his wife to have time alone in a quiet place, to enjoy the day (beaches and waterfalls), and that we could have a quiet night in a quiet place... and that's exactly what I found. i will definitely return at the next opportunity. I recommend it.

The people who manage the accommodation, who are nearby, are very attentive, always available. The accommodation is secluded and therefore ideal for people seeking tranquility. If you like nature you will have the view of the hills, the song of the birds, the managers' dog who is very affectionate, with the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace to warm up a cooler evening. It's a really relaxing area 15 minutes from the center of Paraty with its many activities to do and beautiful beaches.
