Thaíse and her husband are very friendly and hospitable hosts. The self check-in helped a lot, and I believe this is a differential, as well as the parking lot. The atmosphere is quite quiet, even when there are guests in other accommodations. When we went there were people in an accommodation close to ours, still the silence was respected. It is actually close to the Historic Centre of Paraty, but a strategic proximity, as it arrives in less than 15 minutes, while the distance allows it to be away from the constant movement of the Center, providing a quieter stay. We hope to come back more often ❤

The place is exactly like the advertised. The neighborhood is simple, but before we confirmed the reservation, Bianca made a point of reinforcing this point. It is close to the historic center (15 minutes on foot, very quiet) and nearby there is a market, pharmacy and several neighborhood stores. The only downside is the mosquitoes, so bring your insect repellent. Excellent value for money.

My stay was simply wonderful! The place is very well taken care, clean and cozy, exactly as in the pictures. I was very well received, and the service was impeccable throughout the stay. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. I will definitely return and recommend to those seeking comfort, tranquility and great value.

The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we take the opportunity to know both places. Despite the rain, we enjoy a lot, we will be back soon!

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba.
