Cozy house on a quiet beach, paved street and easy to find. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 floors, which accommodated our family of 5 very well. All rooms with hot/cold air. Fully equipped kitchen. Armando and Vanessa, the co-host, promptly attended to our requests.

Great Place! would fit in again, new bedding, all caprically! the only negative point, it was the neighbors, there is not much quiet, apart from that !!! perfect

Excellent stay in Paraty. Cozy and very well located, a few meters from the Historic Center and in a quiet and peaceful place, even on weekends when there is more excitement in the Historic Center. Paulo was very attentive and proactive from booking to check-out. The best service possible. The apartment was impeccable and had all the amenities as advertised. Thanks a lot for the accommodation in Paraty.

Wow! What a stunning paradise. From the beautifully landscaped yard to the excellent craftsmanship of the home, this place is perfect. Whoever designed and built this home really knew what they were doing. You really do have a near private beach just steps from the front porch. Our favorite part was just sitting on the front porch enjoying the sounds of nature with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Late May/early June is a great time to visit. We didn’t need to use the A/C once during our visit. Everything is well thought out, from the beach chairs, towels and sand castle toys to every piece of stemware and kitchen utensil you might need in the kitchen. Also, the town of Paraty is just a 15min drive away with lots of shopping/dining options. And the host, Angela, in the 15 years my family has been renting vacation properties, is the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely responsive and arranged so many details and all our activities. Excellent!!

Márcia is very kind, she welcomed me very well. The city is very cool and the fans are more than enough, very close to the center and the bus station, it has everything nearby. Only the shower that only heated up if it opened a little, could improve and be perfect.

Erick is a lovely person. The place is amazing, you feel at home and never want to leave. Close to everything, a tranquility that is just too perfect! Nothing to complain about, no defects 💞

The stay at Adriana's place was wonderful. Township of the historic center and at the same time very quiet. The combination was perfect. Adriana received us super well and our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and very pleasant.

Gustavo is a very polite and accessible host. The description and photos of the accommodation perfectly match what we experienced during our stay. I not only recommend it, but I hope to return soon.

It was an excellent stay. Ana and Alcir are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to help us. The place is nice and safe too. Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

Had a great time in Paraty at Enrique’s apartment. Loved the location, walkable to a calm beautiful beach. Enrique was there to check us in and answer questions and was very flexible on checkout. It’s in a secure little complex with a gate for security. Everything worked well, hot water, internet, etc. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place, with stunning views and gorgeous sunsets. William is an excellent host, incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. They also provided great local recommendations for food and activities The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Paraty is a beautiful town, definitely is a must.

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay.
