Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

CASA PARATY - great location! Wi-Fi, garage, air conditioning, super equipped, pet friendly. Casa cozchegante, clean, well located, close to the market, bakery, pharmacy. Residential neighborhood. Insurance. Tranquil neighborhood. The house is located in the street of the church São Francisco de Assis. On the side street of Restaurante, Pizzaria and Sushi Vila Margarida. There are a few meters from the entrance Av. and main Av. from the city. About a 5 minute drive and a 15 minute walk from the Historic Centre.

(GROUND FLOOR) My place is 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to markets and restaurants. It is 1.3 km from a beautiful historic city. You'll love it! Our house is simple, but very comfortable because it is a clean, spacious and well-equipped environment. Ideal for groups of up to 8 people or for couples and families (with kids). This space will be a HOME FOR YOU! All 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, an excellent advantage for an extremely hot city during the summer. I accept pets (small).
