My experience was exceptional! The location is great, with easy access to the main points of the city, with everything close by: markets, restaurants and transportation. The structure of the site is impeccable — comfortable, well decorated, clean and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The great differential, however, was Cristina's hospitality: always very cordial, attentive and proactive, ready to help with any need. Without a doubt, I recommend and would return with pleasure!

We really enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed it a lot! Very clean and organized apartment, practical and functional, with everything needed for a great stay for up to 4 people. Accepting a small pet was a differential for our choice. Full access to the leisure area, especially the pools and beach service. Great beachfront location, with a supermarket next door, restaurants and shops, and easy access to the city's main points. Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is in line with the photos, but without the pleasant feeling of being by the sea, with the privilege of being on two beaches in Guarujá in a few steps. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom that I used as an office, because while my family took advantage of the city I worked (the environment is airy and has a support countertop, the sign of the wifi there is less intense, but did not harm me). There are basic utensils, tv and comfortable beds. The showers are very good. It has two accesses (social and service), which allows better comfort. Building staff are communicative and helpful. We had no problem. There is the sea, common due to proximity. There are nearby markets, bakeries and restaurants, I recommend Avelinos, Anderson's Pizzeria and Pizza and Chopp Halle for seafood. Bruno's place really has personality. A decoration that refers to moments and tastes of the family, making us feel close even without knowing them. Home-faced home. Air conditioners that freeze. Everything offered works properly. The checkin was super easy, the barbecue was impeccable. We have a good time. I recommend it.

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.
