My experience was exceptional! The location is great, with easy access to the main points of the city, with everything close by: markets, restaurants and transportation. The structure of the site is impeccable — comfortable, well decorated, clean and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The great differential, however, was Cristina's hospitality: always very cordial, attentive and proactive, ready to help with any need. Without a doubt, I recommend and would return with pleasure!

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is in line with the photos, but without the pleasant feeling of being by the sea, with the privilege of being on two beaches in Guarujá in a few steps. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom that I used as an office, because while my family took advantage of the city I worked (the environment is airy and has a support countertop, the sign of the wifi there is less intense, but did not harm me). There are basic utensils, tv and comfortable beds. The showers are very good. It has two accesses (social and service), which allows better comfort. Building staff are communicative and helpful. We had no problem. There is the sea, common due to proximity. There are nearby markets, bakeries and restaurants, I recommend Avelinos, Anderson's Pizzeria and Pizza and Chopp Halle for seafood. Renting in Ivete I allow myself to live the life of a 100% Brazilian, she guided me and with bicycle you can travel by cycle via via playa to the house. super functional everything, I tour beaches and supermarkets that provide you with everything from food by weight to frozen, visit a fair on Saturday, the sun almost falls in the sea a beautiful spectacle. I recommend to those who feel like to make a quiet, comfortable vacation with Magic.

Lica, as I told you on other occasions, I love your fit, it's great located and perfect for me and my family. I talked about the bathroom issue because it really is already small and adding the chair can be good for many people who rent but for us it was bad because it made the space smaller. Have some masonry have a look in the room, have some mould behind the bed, it smells strong. There must be some infiltration. On the first day we were served by Antonio, concierge people finissima, super polite and cordial enough with us, so much so that when we went to the market we brought a gift box for him. But on the other days, it returned the same as it had last year, extremely grumpy and unsympathetic. I really don't understand how the janitor keeps a person like him there yet. (or he's the janitor, I don't really know). Over the pressure cooker, I bought it from my heart, present for the wonderful moments I spend with my family there.

Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the beginning, making our stay even more special. The roof is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, with the differential of a simply flawless view! All very well equipped, with pool and barbecue area perfect for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (differential for us) and with extremely kind employees. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for rest days. We will definitely be back soon and recommend with our eyes closed.

Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.
