Just like the photos, the beach park is behind the condominium. Several nearby restaurants and markets as well. I found the place to be very quiet, but we didn't go out much at night. I'll be back again, for sure☺️.

Ótima the convenience corresponds with the listing the place is not the best (neighborhood) but matches what is said a little dangerous and you can't do anything on foot I recommend a car, inside the ap is top everything very big clean and accommodates very well all the people the old building was under renovation when I went then had noise but maybe in another time it is different, I loved the quick help of the helpful hosts and always offering the best they can recommend yes!

The place was spotless very cosy bed. Unfortunately I booked for 12 days but only stayed 4, my fault I didn’t realise how quiet the location was, and as a solo female traveller I didn’t go out after 6pm. So unless you have a car or don’t mind using Uber majority of the time. it’s a lovely apartment nearest beach 12klm.

It was very fast and convenient to communicate with Scott. He was proactive and flexible. Highly recommended

Apartment as described on the listing. The condominium has good space for children to play and the pools have the water at a pleasant temperature. The hosts are kind and helpful. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Praia do Futuro, Sabiaguaba and Prainha. The only thing is that at night the indication is to always ride your own car or Uber because the avenue is very dark. I only have to thank the hosts for their hospitality.

My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind in recommending us things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, a maximum of 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I already made another reservation for the end of the month. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good, quiet and safe place to stay during your trip to Fortaleza. Really excellent accommodation, beautiful apartment, comfortable with all the necessary elements to have a great stay. I spent 10 days in June and the truth is that it is highly recommended, the pool is always clean and in good condition, the common areas too, the beautiful beach is a three-minute walk and the beach park. Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet leisure area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts. Roberto and Mychele's Apt is best for the listing, because the location is perfect in a resort with all our convenience, and next to the beach park I was interested in. There are basic items to make all meals if you don't want to go to a restaurant. It has a nearby market. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, conservation, everything excellent. I recommend to anyone who wants days of fun or rest, the tb resort is excellent. It is advisable to buy the ticket p beach park if you pay attention to the days they work.

A beautiful home, equipped and comfortable The apartment is well designed, super equipped with everything we need from the kitchen to the bedrooms, including pool towels. Towels are fluffy and soft as in good hotels. The sea view is a treat to enjoy from the balcony or the bedroom when you wake up. Even, sleeping is a delightful moment because the bedding is soft and the comfortable pillows are new. The ap accommodates very comfortably the 10 people advertised. The condominium has a playground, courts and children's pools and an adult with a wet bar that only comes out from inside after the caged fingers. When we arrived I was quite surprised by a beautiful table and with a mime and handwritten card by Laryssa. An affection that makes us feel at home. By the way, all the time we feel at the home of someone who cares and wants to offer the best so that we feel in a home. More than once we agreed to return, I hope very soon.
