Peaceful.....Amazing View!

The apartment corresponds to what is described in the listing. Very well decorated, with all the amenities, finally a super cosy space. We have been a few times in the same condominium and this was by far the best apartment we know. We noticed good taste in decoration and attention to detail. Our only dissatisfaction was not with the apartment, but with the quality of the restaurant's food that fell a lot (we do not recommend eating on it). In addition, the hostess was always attentive and made us feel at home.

Lucilene was super helpful in everything we needed, and when there was a situation that the Suítes hotel could not resolve, she went personally and resolved everything. The apartment is a mini house, with a little bit of everything for us to stay. As we did not have a package with food at the hotel, we bought it at the market and cooked in the apartment. I recommend it, and if I return, I will stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much Lucilene, for the hospitality. The structure of the Hotel Suítes is breathtaking and the beach is almost private and beautiful. The staff at the Suítes hotel are extremely polite, helpful and quick, and there was no distinction at any time because we were guests of the owner and not the hotel. A differentiated service. I definitely recommend it.

We spent 7 days in the apartment and it was like we were at home. The accommodation is brand new, decorated with very good taste and the apartment is super well equipped. I had to work during the days I was there and there is even a small desk where I could work with a lot of tranquility and comfort. I would definitely stay again. In addition to all this, Janine is a dear: very attentive and quick in her responses.

Wonderful large apartment. Elizimar very nice, honest, reliable host. Swimming pools good. Kiddies pool. Beside beach promenade in Fortaleza with loads of restaurants. Even restaurant in complex good.

The location and view of this apartment are just perfect. Lovely sea view and breeze, just across the road from the beach, walking distance to anything you may need (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). The building is super secure and modern, with no keys needed, but face recognition and codes, which makes it so handy not to have to always take and split keys between guests. For the same reason checkin and checkout are super handy. Shallow outdoor pools, so the kids could play with no fear. Padaria/mini market within the building facilities, which again, so convenient. The biggest area of the apartment is the balcony (with jacuzzi, bbq, outside shower...), where we stayed all the time, also for the breeze. The inside of the apartment is "small" (as seen in the pictures), but ideal for what we needed and fast to cool off with aircon. Before our trip the host was super helpful in putting me in contact with a local school for my kids, which they loved. Super recommend this listing

Wad amazing place to relax and get around town. View of the ocean. Walkable everywhere and the concierge service is great! Will definitely book on my next visit. I liked the building so much I want to buy a unit and AirBnB when I’m not in town!

The apartment is excellent, with air conditioning or a fan in every room. All very clean and brand new. Host Maira is super attentive and responds quickly to all messages.

Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.

I don't usually comment on reviews, but I insist! Daniel has always been very attentive. They asked questions before booking. The apartment matches the images and descriptions. Very spacious. Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet leisure area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts. We will definitely return to Índico.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos. Very comfortable. The condominium is beautiful too. Anna always responded quickly, I even had a little problem late at night and she responded promptly. In short, my family and I like it a lot. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. I just can't say enough concerning Elisa and her husband. Both were great host, they were very attentive actually being there you fill like family. they have a wonderful 8 month baby boy. The place is very nice, and as busy as it can get with a new born and working Elisa was a tremendous host. Marcal also runs a business and teaches online, he found time to show me around Fortaleza, one of the sweetest couples you would ever want to know. Great place to stay, I will stay there any time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

My mother and sister stayed at Mr. Ivaldo's house. Always very proactive and kind, caring and attentive to their well-being, Mr. Ivaldo left nothing to be desired. From the first contact, the host explained to me about my choice, the conditions of the room chosen for the two people and the best options available. The house is very well-equipped, clean, spacious, ready to welcome us. The same can be said of the room and that king bed, which was more than comfortable. Our stay in Fortaleza was better because of you, dear. I recommend the stay without so much as a second thought!

The home was one of our best hits here on airbnb! The house is huge, with a lot of leisure area available, in addition to the support team that gave us all the support. There were some things that needed maintenance, but whenever necessary we asked the homegoers for help and they readily helped. For the rest, comfortable beds, clean bedding, working kitchen, refrigerators and freezers in great condition, barbecue in perfect condition Tbm, in addition to super well-maintained furniture and utensils. We love our stay, and we will definitely return!!

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.
