Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. I recommend the house to those looking for comfort, space, beautiful view, tranquility and a great experience. Sure if God wants we'll be back at another time! Thanks for everything Renata!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

There were incredible days, clean house, good location, we had a wonderful reception, we regret the good house being adapted para elderly, there is no access ramp and in the description it said that it had a suite downstairs, hand had it. But everything else was wonderful.

The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like in the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best Airbnb services I've ever had, personally or with friends. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

From the beginning Aracele served us promptly, indicating us Rosana who assisted us every day in the preparation of breakfast and taking care of all the dishes! It made the house rules clear by not surprising us with the rules We are super comfortable and enjoy the days we host!!

Excellent experience, spotless home. It is suggested to exchange Air conditioning for more modern and economical models, because in the end the energy bill is expensive. But I would come back and recommend it . Nothing but the suggestions pointed out. Zero regret of the house. Super recommended

Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with. The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

The house served us perfectly. All rooms were available, there were utensils (plates, glasses and cutlery) for everyone in my family, the pool was for both adults and children. Households are very accessible and helpful. We like the location very much, as you can walk to the beach and it is close to groceries. We will come back again and again.

The House is very large and accommodates large groups. There are 7 rooms, each with its bathroom, and in addition it also has a bathroom near the pool. Some rooms have a double bed and other two single beds. The outside area is quite large and there is plenty of space to park several cars, right fit about 6 maybe up to 7. Edson was an excellent host, always responded quickly and helped us with anything we needed through Dona Neide, who also showed us the house and explained the operation of the water engine and other things. The location of the house is excellent, practically next to the beachfront of the beach, with several options of nearby restaurants and also of a grocery store that works for long hours, anything you need has close proximity and on foot! I highly recommend this place!

We had another wonderful experience at this accommodation! We were warmly welcomed by Márcio, the brother of hostess Hamalia, who was waiting for us with a snack, a gesture that shows the care for the guests. His attention and availability throughout the stay made all the difference. The house is super cozy, well ventilated and with an incredible view of the sea. Everything was very clean and organized, and the structure is excellent: internet working well, two TVs, air conditioning in one of the rooms and all the necessary utensils. The condominium is quiet and conveys a sense of security. This is the second time we've stayed there and we definitely intend to return other times. We recommend it without hesitation!
