Everything as described, clean apartment, with new furniture… all the items we were looking for we found in the apartment. A beautiful view!!!

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. There we felt at home. What we need during our stay has been provided to us. Jeanne and Lucas are super gentle and attentive hosts. We already feel like coming back. See you next time!

Great space, stunning view, I would only change the TV for a better one, it crashes a lot, we chose to watch a movie on the laptop, thankfully I brought it.

Great value for money. Very nice hospitality. Small but very functional 2-room accommodation close to all amenities facing the beach. We felt safe with very friendly and always available staff. We recommend this accommodation in a very good location.

An amazing week! I am from Fortaleza, but I have lived in Sao Paulo for years and every time I came here to visit, I was in the family home. Sincerely, it was much more enjoyable to stay in this loft, super cozy and great for small family or two people. The access to the beach very easy, foot in the sand. The super agile host in the help.

The apto is very nice, has an incredible view of the sea and the place is quiet. Melina was super solicit and attentive for everything we needed to know about the place, places to recommend, doubts about the apt and the surroundings. The only point that I would need to reinforce is the cleaning of the apt, as there were some dirty kitchen items like the stove, the floor was clingy and the double bedding was smelly.

We stayed for 7 days and whenever necessary, Matheus proved to be available and attentive. The house is beautiful, overlooking the pool and with the warmth of Fortaleza, the wind that hits the Apto is wonderful.

I highly recommend it! The next time I go to Fortaleza, I will try to stay at Jackeline's apartment. The location is simply perfect, in front of the beach and close to everything. The apartment was clean and is well equipped. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and communication with Jackeline was great.

My experience in Silvana's apartment was great. The view from the apartment was one of the highlights. The listing description and photos are true to reality and the building has a very good structure, with a very practical and easy check-in. Silvana was very attentive, responding quickly and solving any need. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very well located and extremely well equipped. The bed and bath linens are excellent and the hostess was extremely careful and solicitous. When we arrived, there were some treats left in the apartment, such as chestnuts, fruits and potatoes. Everything is very well thought out to facilitate the stay

Lucilene was super helpful in everything we needed, and when there was a situation that the Suítes hotel could not resolve, she went personally and resolved everything. The apartment is a mini house, with a little bit of everything for us to stay. As we did not have a package with food at the hotel, we bought it at the market and cooked in the apartment. I recommend it, and if I return, I will stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much Lucilene, for the hospitality. The structure of the Hotel Suítes is breathtaking and the beach is almost private and beautiful. The staff at the Suítes hotel are extremely polite, helpful and quick, and there was no distinction at any time because we were guests of the owner and not the hotel. A differentiated service. I definitely recommend it.

My stay at the apartment was excellent! The space was extremely organized, with impeccable cleaning and sanitization. The room was perfectly arranged, providing a lot of comfort. The host was always very helpful and attentive from the beginning, and left clear and detailed instructions on everything: from check-in to the use of the apartment, which made the experience much easier. The place is very quiet and has a charming wooded view, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Everything was exactly as described on the listing, no surprises. I highly recommend this host and I would definitely stay again!

Great accommodation, perfect location, building with a great leisure infrastructure.

The location and view of this apartment are just perfect. Lovely sea view and breeze, just across the road from the beach, walking distance to anything you may need (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). The building is super secure and modern, with no keys needed, but face recognition and codes, which makes it so handy not to have to always take and split keys between guests. For the same reason checkin and checkout are super handy. Shallow outdoor pools, so the kids could play with no fear. Padaria/mini market within the building facilities, which again, so convenient. The biggest area of the apartment is the balcony (with jacuzzi, bbq, outside shower...), where we stayed all the time, also for the breeze. The inside of the apartment is "small" (as seen in the pictures), but ideal for what we needed and fast to cool off with aircon. Before our trip the host was super helpful in putting me in contact with a local school for my kids, which they loved. Super recommend this listing
