Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Francês

The week I spent in Sérgio's apartment was perfect. The location is top notch, the apartment has everything we need, and the view is amazing. In addition, Sérgio is a very kind person. I intend to return to Maceió and stay there again.

I checked in but didn't stay. The place looked just like the pictures and it was spotlessly clean, organised and had everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was great, they both were responsive and attentive, clear communication. I had an unfortunate situation and couldn't stay longer so they easily fixed it for me and I left. all the best

Unparalleled location, close to Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and very strategic, facing the sea. Air-conditioned and utensils all in perfect condition. Returning to Maceió, I certainly already have my preference.

It was great! Perfect location. There's a work going on beside the building. But how we got the weekend this wasn't so much hassle. Muuuuito clean and identical to the photos. Very good bedding. The service with Lucas was also great. It is close to very good stalls, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The village also had a nearby bakery that served great coffee, lunch and dinner.

New, cozy place, all decorated and very comfortable. Congratulations. Impeccable cleanliness. Nothing to complain only to thank. Practically in front of the sea, next to the mall, supermarket nearby. It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms have plenty of comfort and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. Since her first contact with Katianne, she has always been very recptive with us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we will return.

Mr. Lourenço always attends to our requests. The house is airy and clean. A very quiet condominium next door has a market. I want to go back and stay there again. Gratitude!

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Simply incredible stay, wordless to describe! The apartment is even better than in the pictures, really nice. The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️

The wonderful accommodation, my family and I loved the environment, it was the way we wanted it, in front of the beach and with a pool, the apartment was very organized, clean and very accessible, we sought tranquility and found it during our stay, Mr. Eder was super attentive, answering our questions, and polite.
