Incredible accommodation for those who like to stay close to the Itagua waterfront and with easy access to the highways to explore the south and north beaches, extremely clean and well-distributed space, very comfortable beds and sofa and all the necessary utensils. Reginaldo, the janitor, is a fine person. Franz is always quick to respond to questions and concerns.

It was a wonderful stay. The service was fast, close to the historic center and in the neighborhood there is a market and restaurants. Next to the beach where I could walk. I'll be back and recommend it!

The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in another time zone, all the building's employees are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

It was really very good all the time of the stay. Location is great, close to the center.. close to everything... Beautiful apartment, very complete, very cozy, wonderful view... We were greeted with mimes ( wine, chocolate and +...) The Host gave all the necessary information and supports, and at the end of the stay still offered the courtesy of us staying until the next day in the morning... sorry I really had to leave... It was very worth it! I recommend for sure 😁

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

What can I say about this stay in Paraty apart from: perfection. The accommodation is a peaceful haven located in a beautiful tropical garden populated by birds (we even had the chance to see a toucan and marmosets) just 10 minutes' drive from the center of Paraty. It is decorated with great taste, very well furnished and very clean. But I think what touched us the most was the extreme kindness of the hosts. We met a lovely family who spoiled us with lots of little touches throughout the stay. It was a bit like a second family. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we hope to have the chance to come back soon!

The little house is exactly like in the advertisement and it's funny. Everything was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. The surroundings are beautiful, with lots of woods and lots of plants. The location is good (for those who are by car), it is located on the main road of the sertao, about 1km from the highway. The house of Maria de Lourdes is right next door, but still has a lot of privacy. I needed to take my kittens at last minute and she was quiet about that! Comunacao otima. Anyway, all the best.

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! My sister, our friend and I spent 5 wonderful days at Fernanda's house, who was an incredible host (super attentive, caring for us and attentive to our needs). The house is extremely cozy, bright, ventilated, beautiful. Quiet for sleeping, and close to the bus station (we went by bus and walked for only 6 minutes), in the historic center! Everything perfect! We simply LOVE it! It's hard to leave! We want to go back!!!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Ademir is an extremely kind and attentive host! We were very well received and he gave us valuable tips, especially on where to dine - which made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the photos: very clean, organized and comfortable. We had an unforeseen event on the way - a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up having to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he very generously offered to refund the lost night or grant us an extra night at no cost. We refused, of course, because we understood that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the type of person and host he is: honest, understanding and generous. I highly recommend the accommodation and we will certainly return!

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again.
