Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia de Picinguaba

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated pools to a playroom for the kids. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we will definitely return!!!

The apartment is 1,000 times more beautiful in person than in the photos, I felt at home, super cozy, fragrant, clean, impeccable, close to the center, several options of restaurants, pharmacies, shops and ice cream parlors, next to the Tamar project, the building is super new, facing a huge square, ideal for pets and children to play, heated pool, gym, sauna, in short…everything perfect, I didn't miss anything, Guilherme and his wife are super attentive, dear, we are already planning the return and it will certainly be to this incredible apartment.

The atmosphere is super cozy, I was received with the utmost attention! The location is very accessible and quiet, I have nothing to question, only to congratulate you on the reception and the coziness that the house provided us!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Great space! With a beautiful view, very comfortable queen bed, close to restaurants and the Itaguá waterfront. We were made to feel very welcome, we will definitely return!

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but it was always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

We spent 4 days in the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and well complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items like salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, sunshade, cooler, surf boards and rackets of frescobol, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving in up to 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super solicitous but we had no doubts as it is all very well explained, it has clear instructions in every room. We love too much and hope to return soon!

It was lovely. We would have preferred to have stayed longer. We will be happy to come back.

Julie’s place was amazing with terrific walkability. Julie was flexible with our changing plans and provided prompt and excellent communication. The house looked like the pictures and was very clean.

Suggestion for those who are driving: improve the communication of where to park and maybe leave someone to help you get to the house with your bags. It may even be a paid service, but this help is very much needed.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful and super spacious house in Ubatuba! The stay was very comfortable, everything was impeccable. A charming detail: the birds appear in the yard when you offer food—a super special experience. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!
