Terraço Gaia is located on Prumirim beach, with a beautiful view of the sea, islands and mountains. It is 200 metres from Cachoeira do Prumirim. The loft has a kitchen equipped with a duplex refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, blender and utensils. The living room has a sofa with an extra single bed, a 32" Smart TV, a Roku Smart Box, Sky and Wi-Fi. Cozy suite with 1 double box bed, hangers and niches, separate toilet and shower. Terrace to enjoy the view, barbecue. Waterfall on the property.

The house is not luxurious but it is cozy. Access is via a 250-meter path that starts at the beach and must be covered on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent, and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). The path and stairs are illustrated in the photos. The house is not very tall for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally owned by fishermen, it was bought and renovated by my parents, with whom I spent some very good times there. Voltage: 110 V

Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, it offers the observation of beautiful native birds of the region, in addition to being able to hear the sound of the waters of the waterfall that passes near the property. From the overlook, you can enjoy the spectacular view of Prumirim Island. In the bedroom, we have 1 bunk bed and a queen-size bed. Smart TV/SKY in the living room.
