Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Picinguaba

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The stay was wonderful. The space was cozy and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with great leisure options and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I highly recommend it for those looking for a place to stay with comfort and charm. The service was impeccable and very safe. I loved it. I will definitely be back! In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience.

Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

I can say that everything was incredible, both the location of the apartment, which is close to everything, and the organization and cleanliness, not to mention the chocolates they left for us. We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as in the photos, truly clean, organized, equipped and very tasteful. House in a safe, quiet and well located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the problem. Super commendate staff.

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

We love the little red house. Tidy, clean and cozy place. Super comfortable bed, wonderful view, good chairs on the decks. We love sleeping in silence, with only the sound of the waves and the birds in the morning. In fact, several of them, who came to visit us, loved it! Zé Roberto was friendly and very kind. Quick and attentive in providing us with two items I requested: hangers and soup bowls. Despite the autumn chill, we took full advantage of the walks on the beaches that were almost empty and quiet, with mild sun. I have nothing to complain about the accommodation, on the contrary, we want to return, certainly in the warmer season!

Spacious, airy house... foot in the sand! The deck overlooking the sea was my favorite corner! We spent a very pleasant weekend at Luisa's house! Although it is located in a small fishing village, it has a little market, a good restaurant nearby, boat trips on the door practically! Thanks Luisa and Leila for the hospitality! Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. The house is exactly as advertised and is a very quiet and peaceful condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
