The apartment is wonderful! Very organized, clean, beautiful and cozy, exceeding our expectations. The structure of the condominium is excellent, with swimming pools facing the sea, a heated pool, jacuzzis, gym, sauna, sand court and even a direct exit to the beach, which is a great differential. The condominium's environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and everyone (residents and employees) is very kind and polite. The hosts were amazing, always attentive and ready to answer any questions with great cordiality. The site is ideal for families and for those looking for a rest in a calm and beautiful place. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

The place is SPECTACULAR, I went with two couples of friends and we left very satisfied and surprised, it is even better than expected. Everything is clean, very well organized and equipped, a magical place, facing the sea where you sleep listening to the sound of the waves. It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, I'm extremely grateful and highly recommend it.

Very attentive host, clean accommodation in organized, has all the utensils necessary for a good stay, is right next to the beach, quiet and safe place. We went in 5 people and we felt very good on site. I am very grateful to Host Tere and her husband for their tips and hospitality.

wonderful , easy access to the beaches to the shops ,super clean nice people around , silencing had no great mess to enjoy as a family . We went to take my son to the parks, near Beto Carrero, by car about 20 minutes without traffic, well-equipped apartment, everything we needed had available, under the condominium, pizzeria, mini market and restaurant available, receptive host and answered the doubts clearly.

Wonderful apartment, faithfully corresponding to the listing. Great location, just across the street and is already on the beach. It has chairs, sun umbrellas and stroller to take to the beach. We definitely intend to return!

I'm going to review the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at! The apartment is perfect, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, the rooms are very spacious and cozy, all the rooms have air conditioning. The balcony area is huge, overlooking the beach and the Beto Carrero park. The building is newly opened, so it is very new both internally and externally, the common areas are very nice, exceptional leisure. Everything is very close to the market, pharmacy, bakery, etc. It is very close to the Beto Carrero park. Solange is very receptive and met all our criteria, very helpful. I want to go back to Penha and stay in the same apartment. My family and I love it, I highly recommend it.

it is the first time I am in a depto in my vacation.. we have always gone to hotels..but from now on in more with the experience of being in this Roger's depto,the experience was very nice!.. incredible location.!! .visistas al mare,not only on the balcony but in the rooms,..everything equipped,kitchen with all the utensils and beautiful!..until I found books that I read them!.. beach cart team with chairs and umbrella...everything!!..and to get to the beach just go down the walkway and there was the sea ... you couldn't ask for more! and incredible security..to all places with fingerprint access all amazing!!!.. and Roger always ready to provide information and attention!!! thank you for everything!!

The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.
