Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Praia de Piçarras

The apartment is very nice and beautiful. The negative point is that we were in 6 people and had only one tag, and we depended on it to transit the condominium.

We love our stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is excellent, new building, with a sensational leisure area. The pools are wonderful and everything is very well cared for. Hosts were great, always considerate and available. We recommend it for sure and would return without a doubt!

Very spacious locale and with several laser options in the condo, including swimming pool and game room. Apartment a few meters from the beach, with market and restaurants nearby.

I stayed with my family... Perfect apto, super furnished. Condominium of Dreams and Clean Beach... Dr. Carlos, super considerate and kind. The village has guided us in everything we need. It was very worth, super recommend and recommend. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful apartment, faithfully corresponding to the listing. Great location, just across the street and is already on the beach. It has chairs, sun umbrellas and stroller to take to the beach. We definitely intend to return!

Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

The apartment is wonderful, beautiful, clean, very well equipped and with a breathtaking view. I missed absolutely nothing! Communication with Natalia and Wesley was excellent, always available and ready to help. The Sônia that received me was super attentive and clear in the guidelines. The apartment was impeccable, very clean and fragrant. The only point to improve would be the absence of a dryer, since the space to extend clothes is small and there were some building materials nearby, which generated a bit of dust. But that's just a detail. I will definitely return!

Very cozy site, very well equipped and with great views of the sea and the local beaches. Ownership of the very dear and friendly place, always looking to meet us in the best way and give tips on what to do and where to go in the city. From the beginning we were very well received and welcomed on-site. When I get a chance, I'll definitely try to stay in that place again.

House is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The beach is about 7 blocks away, no problem going on foot. Zilda was very friendly and helpful. He even approached the house to see how we were due to a problem we had with our car, he gave us recommendations to find a mechanical workshop. We hope to come back some day.

Me and my family were well received, even had some pampering ,very kindness.Local super clean,tidy and organized,very cozy,as in the description, very polite and kind hosts. I recommend it.

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We love the stay! Spacious, all very well organized and clean! We went with two cars, but we didn't ask for anything to host. But she repaired and took the initiative to arrange for a second wave for us! We were happy with the initiative because we did not make the request, she noticed and it was very cordial! Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

Beautiful apartment and place...quiet to relax and if you take a few blocks you have the whole move for who likes to be more active. Carlos who attended us in the real estate agency super friendly and very good disposition...luckily we don't need to communicate at all...only the day we were going to know how to probe to deliver the keys...we would come back without a doubt...the apt. has everything you need

We love everything in general, local was clean,super close to the beach,in the condominium there was a mini market which made it a lot easier! The only thing in relation to the games room,cinema and sports court that we would always have to ask the host to make the reservation, this did not give us time to schedule, but in general everything was great!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and barbecuing, the condominium was super organized, there was a great grocery store, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!
