Mateus was the one who welcomed us and handed us the keys. He was at the place waiting for us, took a tour of the house and throughout the stay responded quickly, was helpful, friendly and gave several tips about the beaches. The place is really very close to the beach, a 10-minute walk to Prumirim beach. The house is very well equipped, but there are 2 points that could be better: • The TV is very small in relation to the room. From where the sofa is, you can't see it properly, so we had to push it closer. • In the bathroom of the suite there is a whirlpool that does not work. It is not listed in the ad but appears in the photos, so we went with the expectation of using it. We ended up filling it with hot water from the shower and boiling water on the stove. When we went, there was a construction project in the house next door, during the week there was a lot of noise from a jackhammer, hammering, etc. If you are renting in search of silence, ask the hosts about the situation. Despite this, we liked the experience and would easily return.

Simply perfect! Very much our style, with that adventurous atmosphere and the boat crossing to Bonete beach. The house has a delightful vibe, with a natural white noise: the waves of the sea. Hilda, our host, was super helpful from the first contact. She gave us tips on the location, useful information for the arrival, and even a crib and diaper for the baby. Book before I do it again 😂

My family and I spent 4 days in the house, we love everything, Márcia is very capricious, all very clean and organized. In the house has all the utensils. We were unable to check in at the agreed time, Márcia was super understanding, even worried and helped us get to the house always contacting us. We will definitely return. I and my family love it. The owner was super helpful. The house close to the beach, as announced, with a pedestrian lane for crossing, we had no problems. It was close to a supermarket and bakery and other beaches. The decor is simple and rustic, but cozy. We were able to use the furniture and appliances safely and smoothly. Warm little huveiros and fans refresh a lot. We had no reservations. The gas ran out on the first day, and we talked to him and it was resolved in less than 20 minutes. There are no reservations.

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

Great place by the beach has everything you need inside the apt even beyond what you expect. we only miss mattress in place of the couches could be mattress! but nothing that gets in the way rest was really nice! served very well I felt at home! we didn't miss anything! i recommend it.

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

I want to leave my feedback about the apartment in Ibatuba do Marcel! 5 Star Note! From the front desk to the apartment itself, everything was amazing! The security and condominium were also very good. It was a perfect experience!

An excellent apartment and a great jacuzzi. I'll come back more often for sure!! It easily accommodates 9 people.
