Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

Very nice and cozy accommodation! The integration with the forest is amazing! The very polite and kind host and Mr. Zezinho is always smiling on his face and ready to help. Henrique's home is certainly an excellent accommodation for those who enjoy nature and do not give up comfort!

My stay is always perfect

We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well taken care of, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

The Chalet is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with a breathtaking view! We saw the sunrise, which was unforgettable, I recommend it! Check in and check out without bureaucracy! The host is 1000!!! Always very attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love the stay, we will come back more often for sure!

It is impossible to describe with words what my bride and I live in the days we stayed, the place is surreal of beautiful, you sleep with the sound of the sea, lots of nature around, the little stone house is beautiful and very cozy, had everything we need. Fábio is an amazing person, an example of a person, too good people, always worrying about the smallest details to have a great stay, I just have to thank Fabio, for the period we were in the little stone house and for everything he did for us, I certainly recommend and we will return a lot more times.

The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

We had an amazing stay at Guilherme’s. The place is truly magical in the middle of nature. The shared areas are great, as well as the private bungalow, it’s not missing a thing. I recommend !

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

The impeccable apartment, close to the beach and had everything we need to stay for 8 wonderful days. we took 2 pets that were calm and well accommodated. Anyway thank you for the hospitality of host D Mônica and Celeste's attention that we received very well. We'll come back and indicate.

Extremely organized house, clean, nearby beach not so good, but with the car you can go to some very beautiful ones. The house delivers a lot of comfort and leisure.

We stay 4 days in the house, extremely clean and well equipped, we do not miss absolutely household utensils. Mr. Antônio was super attentive and helpful from the beginning, during his stay he asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Over the house, it is very large and comfortable, all the spaces of the house were extremely clean, we took great advantage of the pool (which is giant by the way), in the house there are board games, deck and one, we play several games, even have a space to play, very cool. We made pizza in the wood-fired oven, which was a delight. The house has 2 kitchens outside and one on the inside, we use and enjoy every room. Valeu every cent, and we'll come back more often.

The neighborhood scares a bit, as it's a bit far from the waterfront. Then you realize that it is safe and has amenities such as supermarket, fishmongers, doceries, etc. The house compensates and has a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. The extremely clean and very well-equipped house (great quality bed). There's everything! You can see in the details the whim with the care of the house, from the painting to the impeccable garden. Town hall looks like a mini farm. All clean kitchen utensils came to the attention; none was dusty, as is common with beach houses. The house it's inside a kind of condo, a safe and very quiet place. I wake up every day to the sound of birds. We'll be back!

Everything is great. Close to everything, especially the beach. Great for those who want to rest. The Maranduba River flows less than 200 meters from the house.

Beautiful place, the walking experience in the sand was wonderful, very quiet and safe place. The only problem was the cleaning, meat-blooded refrigerator, bathroom with a not very nice odor and the rooms are very hot.
