Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well taken care of, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

Good location, internal space of the apartment as advertised. It was ready at the scheduled time, clean space, but the elevator had a blanket with a very strong smell of mold, they should improve this point. Very safe and organized condominium.

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We are definitely thinking of returning on our next visit to Ubatuba.
