Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia de Icaraí

The apartment is extremely organized, clean utensils, bathroom, air conditioning and washing machine in perfect condition and they helped a lot. I had to work from home and the wifi is great. The site is close to everything. Great choice. Simone helped a lot and is extremely kind.

I had a great stay in Rio in June..the apartment is very conveniently placed near restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, the metro and much more. The double bed is comfortable and a strong hot shower makes your day. The best part of all is the seamless easy check-in...I loved it....I hope to be back soon...

A good place to stay, super central if you want to go by bus or subway, as you can move around the city using public transport. If you want to use Uber and go to the beaches, the price is around 40 Reals. At the entrance, they were always attentive to entry and there were never any delays. Of course, at night it is a place with almost no people (like almost all of downtown Rio) and dark, it was not unsafe at any time but keep that in mind. If you want to stay in the center to be close to the classic area of RJ, it is a good place. We walked to the cathedral, Lapa arches, selaron staircase and many other attractions.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! My family loved staying at your place!

Everything was perfect!

This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location very close to the beach and lagoon, short drive to Rio’s main attractions. So nice to have the place clean and breakfast made by wonderful and friendly maids. Cesar is responsive and accommodating. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Rio for our first time coming from USA on our way to visit my side of the family in RS. Unforgettable trip na cidade maravilhosa! 🤩

The house is really great and very reliable for Airbnb's description here. Extremely comfortable, with large rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet in the whole house, kitchenware, towels, pillows and bedding available. In addition, in the few doubts we had we were promptly answered by hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we have spent.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

The house is Bellaaaa super spacious and safe the house and sector, the spacious rooms, their kitchen, the very nice pool, in general everything. The whole house was super clean, it was easy to get to, the communication with Ronaldo was wide super attentive. The host was super nice with us. In short, we felt so comfortable as if we were at home. I highly recommend Ronaldo's house, with security we will return to your house. Ana has one of the most beautifully designed and furnished homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, surrounded by nature and beauty, with the city just a few lights away, I can’t say enough about how great the place was. Ana was a great host who stayed in constant contact with help and assistance I would recommend her home to anyone wanting to enjoy a lovely comfortable stay, THANKS ANA !!!!!

I believe, without a doubt, that this is one of the best spaces in Copacabana. Explico: new environment, spacious, clean, very quiet; perfect kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). It has hot water on all the taps and the shower is of high quality. The two conditioned ares are new and with clean filters. The whole place is very clean and organized. There is nothing missing! The street is practically inside a village and there is no noise at all. It is close to the Bread and Company bakery - which sells the best powdered biscuits with cheese; from the Adega Pérola boat; from many bars, markets and gyms, as well as being less than 100 m from the Arcoverde metro station. In addition, Gregório is a host example: always available and with a diuturnal attention. I will always return, the space this spectacular, when you return to Rio, if you have availability!!!

Eduardo and Camille's flat is amazing and we had a perfect stay. With a breathtaking view, the place is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The hosts are also very kind and responsive. I felt right at home and I will for sure be going back. 10/10.

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near the center of Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite with me, towels, bed linen, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in Rio was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

Great place to stay, accommodates 9 people very well, we don't use the kitchen much but it's very well equipped, very good showers with hot water, it's in a great location, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, the beach is all close by, you don't hear the street noise.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
