The house is really great and very reliable for Airbnb's description here. Extremely comfortable, with large rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet in the whole house, kitchenware, towels, pillows and bedding available. In addition, in the few doubts we had we were promptly answered by hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we have spent.

Excellent stay, beautiful and cozy house, clean and tidy, with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The host Kaio, extremely kind and helpful, cleared up all doubts and made us feel at home, I recommend the accommodation to everyone and I will definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is excellent! It is in a very quiet place, surrounded by nature - the perfect setting to rest and enjoy with the family. It was 4 wonderful days, enjoying the pool, having a barbecue and creating good memories. Pedro was always very attentive and helpful in his messages, and Mr. Nelson, who received us personally, was extremely friendly and cordial. The outdoor area is one of the great highlights: a large lawn, perfect for children to run and pets to play freely. Everything is very clean, organized and exactly as in the photos. We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, with plenty of space, the neighborhood is quiet and the stay was very pleasant. All as described on the listing. Lilian was always very friendly, responded quickly, and gave us a lot of tips about the place. We loved it!!! We rented the house to spend my twins' birthday, everyone loved it. We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and bedding. The place is beautiful, very quiet and reserved, but at the same time less than 5 minutes by car from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well all the time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that in principle I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.

I've lost count of the times my family and I have stayed at Hans' property. We felt at home! Tranquility, comfort and we found everything we needed. My dogs love it! Hans and Barata are sweethearts! We'll be back again and again!

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Had a great time in this house! Everything was perfect, from booking to departure. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, making the organization very easy. The house is spotless, clean and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, and the services provided (Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, etc.) exceeded my expectations. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

The stay at the Kenia accommodation was very good. I found the space clean and well decorated. It is well ventilated and clear. It was super clean. It has a terrace that is delicious to sit down, enjoy the view and take a breeze. I found the energy of the place very good. It is worth mentioning, however, that the listing is on the second floor of a « house » (or a surplus). So, to get there, you need to climb stairs (which can be challenging for someone with low mobility). Regarding the location, it took me 10 minutes to get to the Catete subway station, picking up Silveira Martins Street. You can walk to Flamengo beach too (20 minutes walk). When I had to go out at night, I had no difficulty getting Uber (cars go up the street and search almost in front of the house). It is also worth mentioning that the check in and checkout process was very easy. I liked it!

Very polite and helpful host, the house is impeccable, you don't have to worry about anything, everything is excellent. I highly recommend the house, which is practically on the sand.

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

The Beauty of the Beach Exceeded my Expectations and the House was just perfect for an open-air, restful and safe visit. We ate a Fresh Fish Platter for lunch at a local Beach Kiosk and were NOT Disappointed!

In addition to the comfort, space and many fruits on the foot there is a loving atmosphere of peace and welcoming that transcends the capacity of words. The terrace is designed to contemplate, which offers a hammock to relax with a breathtaking view of the lagoon and beach of Piratininga, while you have a foot of pitangas to taste, at night an indirect green light makes the space even more cozy. Host Marcela and her companion Fábio are a gift to the part that go beyond to make you feel at home and welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for the personal reception 💜
