Apartment holiday rentals in Praia da Vila Tupi

The apartment is exactly as in the photos! The place is close to everything (everything) we don't need to use the car on any day during the stay. The concierge staff and condominium employees are very polite. Domingos was extremely kind to us, his tips were excellent (you can follow all the recommendations of the places he indicates, they are all great, without exception). The pizzeria and the beach hut he recommended are wonderful, with spectacular service and prices (the churros too). My family and I will definitely return more often.

Spacious apto and has all the features for stay but very old and no renovation

The apartment is very spacious and airy, the view is amazing, simply incredible!!! Near the market, bakery and restaurants. The staff who work in the buildings are all very attentive and polite!! Éverton is very helpful and attentive, we had no problems, he always showed kindness and was very proactive, it's really worth it!!! Whoever wants to rent, rent without fear!!!

Excellent accommodation, I have stayed in others in the region, this was the best, the space for 4 people is perfect, good beds, full kitchen, sea view, safe condominium, host always available to answer all questions, we will be back soon! gratitude

excellent apartment, great host service, I hope to return again

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, truly cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

We spent 3 days and I was very well received by Ari and Ju! We really enjoyed the kit, we didn't have any trouble! The market is next door and has great restaurants! Ju, who is super cute, provided two glasses of wine to enjoy with the boy. We will definitely return and I have already recommended it to everyone! ❤️

Place with a fantastic view of the beach. Spacious apartment, complete with accessories and very cozy. Condominium location with easy access to restaurants, bars and, of course, the beach. Alexandre responded quickly to the needs we had!

Apartment with spectacular location. Breakfast served on weekends (paid separately) is sufficient and very pleasant. Condominium with a great leisure area, swimming pools with water at a pleasant temperature, attentive staff. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, I would return again with peace of mind.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for an excellent stay: well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a view, comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with gas heating (including in the sinks). In addition to the location, which is excellent: markets, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach, all easily accessible, we hardly need to take the car out of the garage!
