Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praia da Vila Tupi

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

We got the wonderful cozy, clean apartment next to everything, I didn't even have to take the car out of the garage! Ownership Aurice near the super attentive neide! Super recommend it! I'll be back for sure.

It was a wonderful stay!! Clean, organized apartment, with a perfect view from the balcony... we had an incredible gift, the full moon contemplated our night... everything was perfect. Marcelo is a great host, always proactive, excellent communication, we will be back soon!

We had a great stay at Dulcineia's apartment. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed during our trip. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. Dulcineia was an attentive host, always available and helpful, which made all the difference. The only observation is that it was not possible to use the common areas of the condominium, which would have made the experience even more complete. In any case, the stay was very pleasant and we certainly recommend it!

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

Spacious apto and has all the features for stay but very old and no renovation

Apt with great location, very clean, organized, cute and comfortable environment. Absolutely equal to the publicized and nothing to complain. I didn't even want to leave 😅 Rosana was very pleasant in communication and practice, like me.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for an excellent stay: well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a view, comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with gas heating (including in the sinks). In addition to the location, which is excellent: markets, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach, all easily accessible, we hardly need to take the car out of the garage!

The very well equipped apt, a full kitchen, great balcony, felt like home

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.
