The atmosphere is super cozy, I was received with the utmost attention! The location is very accessible and quiet, I have nothing to question, only to congratulate you on the reception and the coziness that the house provided us!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

To sum it up in one word: Exceptional! We literally feel at home! Kitchen with all the necessary items, and more than necessary (there is even a toaster and mixer)! Spacious, extremely clean, cozy, with air conditioning in all rooms, clean bathrooms, the shower in the suite is wonderful, we had a great barbecue! View of the mountains and the sea! We love it and will definitely come back more often! And the janitor, Mr. João, you're a sweetheart! Great, great! We rest and reinvigorate our energies! The apartment has a very pleasant climate and a family decor!

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

Exactly as in the pictures, I spent a holiday in the house of Cintia and everything and as described. Supermarket nearby, beautiful beaches close by and with easy travel. Super attentive to the details and welcomed us with open arms.

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The house is very well equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of street cars did not bother us: it is a light move at the time of departure from the beach. at night a silence. We went to a family of 4 adults and two children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in only to get away from holiday traffic, otherwise we would stay longer! Recommended!

Beautiful surroundings, well maintained house, wonderful beach, heated pool, it was perfect for our wedding.

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in the apartment perfectly. The place is very nice and beautiful, has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large room and a large table. In addition, several amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, misteira... the building parking lot and the leisure area. The beach of the porpoises, in which the apt is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the site, we went on foot, but at night there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always use a car to go to other beaches and at night we also drive to Itaguá (some 10min) or to the big beach (4min). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure structures, swimming pool, sauna, several blocks, garden... it is excellent. We love the stay!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated.
