Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

Lucas was a great host, always attentive and helpful during the stay. The space was well prepared, exactly as described, which made everything easier and more peaceful. I thank you for the reception and recommend!

It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

The hosts were helpful from the first contact. The house is clean and very well equipped. The location is favorable, with several beach options nearby (south and north of Ubatuba). Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. Very nice the house, td clean and working and the space of the condominium tbm is very nice. Very great pool and game room. Nearby Supermarket. But you have to pick up the car to get things done. It is near the highway and walking with a child has no way. But by car it is quiet to go to tbm beach.
