I am 100% satisfied, the house is wonderful, spacious and clean, for those who like a quality place, for those who like to enjoy leisure with family the house is perfect. Verônica always responded quickly and with great kindness. She is simply the best host you can have. Veronica is fantastic, I hope to be able to return again.

The house has a spectacular gourmet area. Everything in the house was very clean and organized. The rooms are very comfortable with everything working very well in the house. The kitchen is well equipped and also air-conditioned. All very amazing. I loved it!

Rural was on a motorcycle trip in 7 people. We arrived at Itaparica Island at the end of the day, without knowing where to stay. Ana Lúcia managed everything to welcome us and we were very good at her residence, always very kind and ready to respond. It's very cozy place, by the beach and there is 1.5Km it has a shopping center with what we need. A pity that we did not organize ourselves to arrive during the day and enjoy everything.

If you want peace, it's the ideal place. It is a compact house, so some rooms such as bathrooms and guest room end up being more compact, but nothing that affects the wonder that is this apartment. It has all the utensils you need to do household activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.). The hosts' instructions are clear and very well didactic, not to mention their proactivity and quick responses. I could write a huge text, but all to say that it was a wonderful stay!

Márcio's house is very beautiful, the condominium is very quiet, a great neighborhood with many leisure options, the neighbors are very quiet and the whole environment cooperates for an excellent stay. Márcio is an excellent host. Besides being kind, he was very patient with my delay in arriving. He showed a lot of attention and availability. It was very worthwhile and for all that, I intend to return.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super cute, it looks newly renovated, with all the utensils, stove, washing machine, stereo, everything working well and making us very comfortable. There is only one garage in the house and it is very tight to enter, because the street is narrow, but it is easy to enter. And as they said in other comments, the place that is "bad"... we had no problems during the stay, but we were advised by several people there not to leave/arrive too late, because the place is dangerous... and you have to be very careful when walking the streets, because it is easy to get lost and enter dangerous streets that are nearby (even with GPS). There is a small market right on the corner of the street and a bakery, markets, pharmacies are about 5 minutes away by car. (Extra tip: The city's traffic is confusing. If you rent a car, pay for good insurance.. hehehe)..

The property is according to the description, a very large pool that provided a lot of comfort. All rooms with air conditioning, room with a fan, there was water available on our arrival, Miguel always available, I only scored the visit of the pool that we were afraid to receive because I was not instructed about the time and name of the person who was going, but the host confirmed it quickly. The access to the beach was a little compromised due to the rains in May, but we were able to get in by jumping through the sand on the side.

The village is in a condominium close to the beach. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with everything we need during our stay. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned and very comfortable mattresses. Host Antônio is very kind and helpful, quickly responded to all of our messages. Anyway, highly recommend hosting!

The stay was sensational, Samuel is a great host, he was available to help with everything and the house is amazing, I would return a thousand times if necessary

It was excellent knowing Salvador staying at Lucas' house, very well located , large house, very good , everything we needed the house had it. Besides being beautiful . We will definitely be back.

I loved the house from the photos and in real life it is even better and cozier. It's really HOME, with a kitchen better equipped than mine, love for every detail, clean and with everything you might need (except air conditioning, but that's already clear in the ad and there are very powerful fans for those who are really hot). From the moment I asked if I could check in super late, Carol treated me very well, always communicated clearly and kindly, and whoever received me at the house did the same. No doubt remained, I felt welcomed as if it were a home of long-time friends.

I would like to thank Ursula as the house is really but beautiful in person , it has an excellent pool and a large area around the house. The location is excellent for those who like to take a walk on the beach promenade. Several nearby restaurants and markets. Bed and bath linens are available. I have no doubt, I'll be back as soon as I can.

Flexible check-in and checkout, great accommodation, Neide very helpful and welcoming, had everything that was advertised (appliances, soap, cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.), everything was clean and organized, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very pleasant atmosphere in the house. I loved the stay!

The stay at Lucy's place was amazing! I went with my family, I was very well received by Lucy, husband and children! Casa is the same as the photos, the nearby beach can go on foot! I'll be back soon, mainha is my aunt Val loved the environment!✨✨🤪🩷 Remembering that every time she needed something Lucy was available to help, she provided a speaker, among other things!!!!

Amazing place. We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck as well as multiple restaurants/cafes in the neighborhood, especially Padoca do Carmo and Cade Q'Chama.

The house is simply delightful! Excellent location, very cozy, beautiful view over the sea! It is true that the kitchen could be more functional (we miss utensils) and everything was a little cleaner; it was not dirty, but you could see that they had not given aqueeela cleaning, but the house is so large, it is understandable (it is only as a suggestion). Anyway, it was worth the experience a lot because the house is delicious, the treatment of the hosts and Rogério, very good too. I recommend it!

Excellent location, the environment is better than in the photos. Perfect air-conditioning in the rooms and living rooms, all new equipment, lots of pampering and an always attentive host. I'll be back and I recommend it.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, it's just like on the photos. I loved the fact that it's very calm, so I slept very well. Communication wuth the host was always easy and quick, a lot ogàf useful information and help when needed was given to me. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, the air-conditioned rooms and all very cool. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but the guardians are very attentive. The road to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low it is super quiet, but when it is high it gives a little fear (we choose to go to another beach that has a structure of stalls that is a 5 minute drive away). The only incovenient township was the pool that was not fit for use. According to the responsible boy (I'm not remembering his name now, but she's a super cool, nice and caring guy) she was having some problem that was leaving the color of the water cloudy. For us, it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax a few days in the midst of nature, it's worth it!

Awesome place at awesome location. Everything there that is needed, cute attention to details in decoration like fresh ginger plant leaves and a candle. The garden is beautiful with sounds of crickets at night and butterflys to watch at daytime.
