If you want peace, it's the ideal place. It is a compact house, so some rooms such as bathrooms and guest room end up being more compact, but nothing that affects the wonder that is this apartment. It has all the utensils you need to do household activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.). The hosts' instructions are clear and very well didactic, not to mention their proactivity and quick responses. I could write a huge text, but all to say that it was a wonderful stay!

Great location, close to the beach and perfect for a family of 4. Abreu welcomed us very well, giving us important tips about the condominium and tourism in the region. As it was our first time in Salvador, we were delighted and will certainly return.

Very friendly and helpful host. Check-in was flexible with our flight schedule. The accommodation is exactly as in the photos, the air conditioning in the room cools well, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. I have an 11-month-old baby, and the great thing about this accommodation is that Ms. Marilucia has a crib and a high chair for feeding children on site, which made all the difference for us and helped a lot. The region is very nice, with bakeries and restaurants nearby, and the beach is great. The stay was perfect, I recommend the accommodation to everyone!

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super cute, it looks newly renovated, with all the utensils, stove, washing machine, stereo, everything working well and making us very comfortable. There is only one garage in the house and it is very tight to enter, because the street is narrow, but it is easy to enter. And as they said in other comments, the place that is "bad"... we had no problems during the stay, but we were advised by several people there not to leave/arrive too late, because the place is dangerous... and you have to be very careful when walking the streets, because it is easy to get lost and enter dangerous streets that are nearby (even with GPS). There is a small market right on the corner of the street and a bakery, markets, pharmacies are about 5 minutes away by car. (Extra tip: The city's traffic is confusing. If you rent a car, pay for good insurance.. hehehe)..

The class was 13 people in total, we were all very well accommodated. Cleaning and arranging the house was impeccable. Foot in the sand literally! The sea of Flamengo beach is a bit agitated for bathing, but it didn't stop us from having a lot of fun. The hiring of Fabiana was a super-sound decision, as it helped us with food, cleaning and even tips to take advantage of the city. Note 1000 for hosts. Gratitude for unforgettable days 🙏🏾

I would like to thank Ursula as the house is really but beautiful in person , it has an excellent pool and a large area around the house. The location is excellent for those who like to take a walk on the beach promenade. Several nearby restaurants and markets. Bed and bath linens are available. I have no doubt, I'll be back as soon as I can.

The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

The stay at Lucy's place was amazing! I went with my family, I was very well received by Lucy, husband and children! Casa is the same as the photos, the nearby beach can go on foot! I'll be back soon, mainha is my aunt Val loved the environment!✨✨🤪🩷 Remembering that every time she needed something Lucy was available to help, she provided a speaker, among other things!!!!

Amazing place. We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck as well as multiple restaurants/cafes in the neighborhood, especially Padoca do Carmo and Cade Q'Chama.

The house is simply delightful! Excellent location, very cozy, beautiful view over the sea! It is true that the kitchen could be more functional (we miss utensils) and everything was a little cleaner; it was not dirty, but you could see that they had not given aqueeela cleaning, but the house is so large, it is understandable (it is only as a suggestion). Anyway, it was worth the experience a lot because the house is delicious, the treatment of the hosts and Rogério, very good too. I recommend it!

I was delighted! I searched for a place to relax as a couple and perfectly fulfilled the purpose. giovanni is extremely kind, requested and concerned about offering the best stay. The neighborhood is not noisy, the backyard is perfect for physical activities, very close to the beach and we were able to go back and forth from Mar Grande. I want to go back now!

Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, the air-conditioned rooms and all very cool. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but the guardians are very attentive. The road to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low it is super quiet, but when it is high it gives a little fear (we choose to go to another beach that has a structure of stalls that is a 5 minute drive away). The only incovenient township was the pool that was not fit for use. According to the responsible boy (I'm not remembering his name now, but she's a super cool, nice and caring guy) she was having some problem that was leaving the color of the water cloudy. For us, it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax a few days in the midst of nature, it's worth it!

But I didn't even have to take it out of the bag. The house is fully equipped. Positive point for the structure of the tbm condominium. Although there are few houses the clean and flawless club. Servants very attentive and willing to help with what we needed. The local beach (straight from the condomino) clear waters and natural fish. The attention and availability of Welington tbm was a major positive point. From the moment of the reservation to our departure from the property, always attentive, polite, concerned with providing us the best. Anyway I want to program a return. I recommend it without a doubt.

My family and I felt at home . The always proactive and Gentil host guided me in everything I needed. The location of the property is perfect. I have two special children and the property met has all our demands, they just loved it.

mr. André's house is excellent, foot in the sand, a beautiful beach, quiet with clean water, the condominium is very organized and quiet. we went in the family, and it was perfect for resting, and having fun between us. the island of Itaparica is simple, it does not offer much, but if you are looking for a house just to rest, away from the mess of the city and with safety... this is the house! we love and we really want to come back other times. Sr André was very receptive and his house is excellent.
