Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with a pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa is composed of a nice living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jacuzzi. Near the pool, another little house with 2 double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen (to go to a bedroom, you have to go from the first bedroom). Negative notes: At our request to the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read uber that they refused to go up), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 uber (comfort) in 5 days refused to go up and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) came up barely... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and how to have it next to the bed. Cute but bumbling monkeys!!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

First Cristiano and Tereza were amazing people. It was easy to communicate with them to make all the arrangements. They recommended activities and places to visit. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and surrounded by great nature. It is very close to beaches and other attractions, but private and quiet at the same time. Highly recommended it. From all the places I visited on the island this is the best area to stay in

The area is very quiet, with a clear view of the beautiful landscape and close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florianópolis, Lagoinha. Giselle and her partner are very kind. I used to date this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that personally is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I've ever stayed quietly We did not want to leave there, we did shopping and spent 4 whole days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you think about making that investment in your life: do it! You won't regret, the noise of the water it makes is addictive Gilberto is super helpful, had a day that even swept the beach to us, only compliments, I will come back more often.

The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious and I realized that it was built with children in mind. Before accessing the stairs, there are doors that we can keep closed for safety, and there is also an “art corner” in a small house on the upper floor (outside). The host is super friendly, nice and very helpful. If you have any problems, just send a message and she'll respond quickly and try to resolve them as soon as possible. I spent very special moments with my family and I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone!

It was irreplaceable days that we spent in the house, the rare mixture of a foot-style house in the sand with so much privacy and silence provides a degree of unparalleled relaxation, which I believe I had not yet experienced in any other stay. By a wide margin, I can tell you that the actual delivery of hosting as a whole is superior to what photos allow you to dazzle at first and also true to what all guest reviews try to narrate. And to close, Marleti's support was perfect at all times, as well as the care and services of Clauci (homemade) were essential for us to enjoy our stay in the best way. The biggest certainty is that we will be back.

Beautiful house to go as a family, it has everything you need to have a good time. In my case the patio was the most beautiful because I travel with my two small children and that it is closed is priceless. Laundry is a very important plus. The super complete kitchen.

A perfect stay! The house is very beautiful and pleasant, with everything very new and clean. The activity options are the perfect complement, in addition to the barbecue, which is very beautiful and cozy. Everything is perfect!

Silvana and Marco's attitude and willingness were spectacular, they were concerned before we arrived. Very nice. The house is just as shown, the patio is nice, with vegetation. Some days there were annoying sounds from construction, but it's clearly temporary. They have beach chairs and umbrellas, which are much appreciated since you have to pay to use them on the beaches. Appliances and a grill or BBQ are also very helpful. There is a market one block away and some restaurants nearby. A hamburger place 2 blocks away.

100% recommended. Fabiano is very kind and clear in everything. While Mrs. Laura helped us by providing everything to make our stay feel like home. The place and the beach invite you to disconnect in a great experience. My parents and I left the place very happy.
