The place is exactly as presented in the listing, the house is very well planned and tastefully decorated, the owner's concern to offer a comfortable place with everything you need for day-to-day utilities is clear. The women in the family thought it was great to even have a hair dryer. The cleanliness is another point to be commented on, the house was impeccable when we arrived, Lucas was always very helpful and concerned with our well-being, in short, only compliments, it is very worthwhile.

Very good location. Steps to the beach and the Open where there are shops to eat. For the supermarket you have to walk a little more or take uber cheap. The house is very nice and in good condition. It's just like the photos. Very rich spaces. Very good space to socialize. Hartas Pieces. Clean. Except for some details that have already been discussed for improvement. Hosts were quick to respond and were very willing. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out. They let us do early and late checkin. The gas ran out but they responded immediately and they took it back right away.

Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

We spent a wonderful extended holiday in this seaside house! The house is super spacious, accommodated the whole family in great comfort and is literally on the edge of the beach. We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

We were very welcome by the host José Fernando. The house is very beautiful and it was extremely clean. The rooms are functional and the patio is quite wide. The heated pool and pool table make a difference. With regard to the site, the street is quiet and the surroundings are beautiful. From to go walking to the beach. Great place to relax as a family.

We were more than satisfied with the accommodation! The house is super comfortable, spacious and the view is unbeatable! The hosts are super friendly and helpful! The contact with nature is spectacular not only because of the view of the beach, but when the house is in a morro, literally surrounded by vegetation, animals such as monkeys come down and coat to eat fruit that David leaves them every day! Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

For those looking for a stay in this region, you can choose Juninho, a super attentive host, responded very quickly, very polite, we arrived early in the city and since there were no guests checking out, I talked to him and we got the early check in! With regard to space, extremely clean and organized, we were greeted with a welcome letter and a treat, very complete and with all the necessary utensils, we made some meals on site and everything we needed to find there; the space is large and private, we were in 6 people and it was very good, there is quiet space to park 2 cars! It is very close to the beaches, we left the cars on site and we could get around on foot to almost everywhere! Super recommend!👏

The pictures don't really do it. The house is super cosy and with all the amenities necessary without counting the basket of fruits and wines left with courtesy. Clean linens and towels, beach towels, extra freezer and all the tools needed to barbecue you can find available at Jose's house. If you are looking for a place to relax this‘ is your home.

Beautiful views no matter the weather. House is in great condition and is comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the shower that they remedied promptly, this was very much appreciated. The only thing that could've been better about this fantastic location is walkability, my mom was with us and she wasn't able to walk up the steep hill that takes you from the beach up to the house. This isn't something that can realistically be changed but it's something other guests should know if they have anyone with similar limitations.

Luiza’s house was amazing! I highly recommend it. It’s quite spacious and the view was amazing, It’s located on top of a hill and it has a balcony that overlooks the lake. It’s also within walking distance to the beach and near bars and restaurants. So it combines the goods of both worlds. Luisa is a great host, very responsive and well coming. I will definitely stay there in the future!
