The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The best apartment I've ever stayed in, it's just like the photos, the host Arthur took care of the smallest details, and the tips given for tours and restaurants were very useful. I don't think there's a better place on the beach of Morro to have breakfast with that view of the sea. Those were the best days we had. My wife and I left the place happy and with the feeling of wanting to return.

I was recently staying in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the ocean. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent BBQ area, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unparalleled! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. Also, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleaning**: The loft was pristinely clean and very well taken care of.

It was a great stay, and it really meets expectations and the information provided. I recommend the apartment, the view is perfect, well located, clean; Halan is always ready to assist and help you.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Your Ziro is extremely polite, responsible and communicative. Township took my doubts, helped everything I could, and it's very nice. Over the house, clean, smelling too much, all organized. It is a large and very airy house and the fact that it is at the top of where he lives does not get in the way of anything, there is a lot of privacy. It's near gorgeous beaches that aren't super crowded. There are no comments that define full quality. Super recommend and want to come back!!!

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

What a delight of home!! No doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Near everything, it does everything on foot, the beach downstairs and in the best spots! No doubt a great location!! The house and like this one in the photos, the bathrooms and large bedrooms, has everything you need utensils, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! Very nice place, wonderful backyard and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen complete, clean bedding, very large bathroom. Very close to the beach, bakery and general commerce. Super recommend it.

We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach.
