Large apartment, super well located, clean, clean bed and bath linen and of excellent quality. The apto has everything, close to everything, very good, I will certainly be back.

Dina's place corresponds to the listing, very cozy and well divided. Everything was working perfectly from Wi-Fi ( cell phone and netflix on tv) as well as kitchen and air-conditioning items. Check-in is flexible and if you need parking space just signal to the hostess. Dina is attentive and left coffee, sugar, toilet hygiene items, restaurant indication cards and instructions on the proper functioning of the apt and building...very organized the space. As for the location, it is very good as it is very close to the main beaches, famine alley and right in front of the street where the carnival parades took place...We liked it and we enjoyed the Guarapari canaval in the best location...Indico and would return to the space:)

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

The apartment is beautiful, one of the best spaces I've ever rented. Fully equipped apartment. A sensational balcony. I don't think I'll stay in another apartment in Guarapari other than this one. Excellent location. WONDERFUL. I would come back again and again.

Eliseo and Ivana were very helpful, they just didn't let me check in earlier because they had other guests in the assortment, but they were very flexible at check-out, I left around 2 in the afternoon... the apartment is very new and has everything a group of 5 people need. The location is excellent and has many shops nearby... I would definitely come back.

Very polite and attentive host, we received very well, and provided all the support we need. The location is great, it is very close to the beach and the shows. And the house is cozy and quiet, I really felt at home. I will no doubt go again.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.
