we stayed for the second time. excellent house, very good place,for those with a child can be carefree. space of the house very cozy and with plenty of privacy. bedrooms towels all very well organized and clean, all rooms with air conditioning. concerteza we will come back more often. super recommend

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

Large apartment, a few yards from chestnut beach. An exceptional site.

We love hosting! The apartment is comfortable, very functional and is in a wonderful condominium. Marisa was super gentle, relaxed check-in and checkout, and communicated with us promptly. We will certainly return at other times.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. Looking forward to returning! Thanks Mosie and Evaldo, again. We felt at home!

Otimo Apartamento, quiet environment, great beach, great location. The site meets the expectations, as per the announcement. Ja is the second time we have rented, and we will certainly rent more often.. the host is very receptive and thoughtful.

Everything was wonderful

Perfect apartment, just like in the photos, great location and great structure, we only had the misfortune with the Wi-Fi that was not working well, making it impossible to use, which was needed on rainy days.

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to enter before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that it is about safety. Would recommend to others.

I'm really in love with the listing. Extremely clean, comfortable environment, and fast response time for hosts. Great location, close to mall and local shops. good kiosks for food and quiet area for children.

Tatiane is very attentive, kind, and competent . It has provided everything with affection since the check in. The apartment is excellent. Great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, ice cream. It has all the items described and others more. Super conserved and very clean, bed and bath linens available and of very good quality. Beds are great, very comfortable! The building is very clean and organized. The building's garage has many pilastras, which makes it a bit difficult for larger vehicles. I'll be back for sure! It was a perfect experience!!! Thank you Tatiene
