My experience was exceptional! The location is great, with easy access to the main points of the city, with everything close by: markets, restaurants and transportation. The structure of the site is impeccable — comfortable, well decorated, clean and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The great differential, however, was Cristina's hospitality: always very cordial, attentive and proactive, ready to help with any need. Without a doubt, I recommend and would return with pleasure!

We really enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed it a lot! Very clean and organized apartment, practical and functional, with everything needed for a great stay for up to 4 people. Accepting a small pet was a differential for our choice. Full access to the leisure area, especially the pools and beach service. Great beachfront location, with a supermarket next door, restaurants and shops, and easy access to the city's main points. House with the personality of the residents, getting elderly and needing some touches. We went to 3 adults, we used the 2 air-conditioned rooms. Bathrooms ok, comfortable beds. Location good for tours, but we have no way to evaluate about structure on foot, as we did everything by car. We just miss the TV (we got a full day of rain) and microwave. But we were warned before the TV, and the internet worked super well.

Everything is literally wonderful, great apartment, an impeccable view, there is nothing to say, Carlos is always available for questions, Valeria who gave us the keys was super polite and was already waiting for us at the entrance, spacious apartment, all well accommodated, leisure area of the building is wonderful, the children enjoyed every space of the Condominium, pet space for my dog to play, people, the stay was sensational, I just have to thank you for the days we stayed, and soon we will be back for sure! The house is very comfortable, clean and pleasant, we went in a large group of adults and children and we were well installed. All areas of the house are as in the description, the pool and wonderful with a good depth for the children and the kitchen and well complete, we cook a lot and do not miss a utensil. We felt at home and we wanted to go back.

I went with 7 more people and a dog, we spent 4 days in the house and it was perfect! well located, very close to the beach. The house already had some items, which helped us a lot! great place to be with the family, comfortable and without worries! everything very good indeed! I will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

The house with a soap opera view, knows how to wake up and see the sea was so wonderful that you open the gate the sea was right in front of you, a super comfortable house with everything you needed even hairdryer had in the bathrooms the same hotel. Lica, as I told you on other occasions, I love your fit, it's great located and perfect for me and my family. I talked about the bathroom issue because it really is already small and adding the chair can be good for many people who rent but for us it was bad because it made the space smaller. Have some masonry have a look in the room, have some mould behind the bed, it smells strong. There must be some infiltration. On the first day we were served by Antonio, concierge people finissima, super polite and cordial enough with us, so much so that when we went to the market we brought a gift box for him. But on the other days, it returned the same as it had last year, extremely grumpy and unsympathetic. I really don't understand how the janitor keeps a person like him there yet. (or he's the janitor, I don't really know). Over the pressure cooker, I bought it from my heart, present for the wonderful moments I spend with my family there.

Our second time in this wonderful place, what to say about Karine she is an exceptional host in everything. Book with her. Everything great, place where the apartment is, the local shops, the beaches, in short. I'll come back more often with my family.

The apto corresponds to the announcement, Mr. Nelson always responds quickly and helped us in everything, was flexible at check in, the environment was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, a differential is the TV in the rooms, I loved it. We felt at home, it sure is a place to go back.

The house is very large I went in 30 people and held everyone, the pool is also big we love it, it is also close to the beach and some shops, the house was in order and very clean when I arrived I liked it a lot☺️

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. The house is simply perfect! All very clean, smelling bedding, spacious and extremely comfortable environment. Exceeded all expectations — it's even better than the photos of the listing. The location is excellent, close to the beach, which was ideal for our family. A special highlight for the pool area, which has protection for children, which gave us a lot of tranquility, since we were with a one-year-old baby. The home town Flora was very attentive throughout the stay, and the hosts always responded quickly and were very flexible. We will definitely return and recommend too much!

I recommend ! Great location , one block of the beach, comfortable apartment, full mini kitchen, working air conditioning, garage included during the stay . Improvements only in the sanitization of the sofa and mat of the living room, and sunny bath towels! Only a dishcloth and a bathroom floor were missing!
