Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linen, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Bookcase with lots of games, even for children. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount

Two fun-loving pensioners rent out their cozy home for guests: The lower floor of our two-family house in rural surroundings is completely available to you. Beautiful garden terrace and garden for chilling ... a hike at the Zirbitzkogel ... a bike ride on the Mur bike path … an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, Moto GP,DTM) ...or as a relaxed stopover on the way home from the south. A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! Shopping facilities are available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Ferienhaus Radmer

The Radmer vacation home was newly opened in May 2018 and is located in the Radmer district on the Hasel at 900 meters above sea level directly at the foot of the Lugauer ("Styrian Matterhorn"). The house comprises 55 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 10 people. The 700 m² outdoor area invites you to barbecue, play or relax.
