Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

amazing place... a peaceful, heavenly and above all relaxing break. no noise at night, no light, you wake up to the sound of birds We wanted to visit the surroundings and finally we felt so good that we changed our plans and stayed at the farm to enjoy the setting. we left reluctantly. The accommodation is spacious, pleasant and clean. The hosts are welcoming and available. Alberto recommended a delicious restaurant in the city center. I can only recommend this place and we very much hope to be able to return

We were very comfortable in David's apartment, we felt right at home! Everything was very clean and tidy, it was even nicer in person than in photos. The entrance was very wide where to leave things, we went with a 2-year-old girl and she came great to leave her cart. Definitely a very nice and quiet place to enjoy the weekend.

Marina the owner was lovely in addition to providing us with a 360 service in terms of restaurants and recommendations. All this added to the house is spectacular. One of the best experiences of my life. We will definitely remember it fondly and will be back.

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

Small cute apartment. Cozy and homey feeling. Everything is sparkling clean. About 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Not far from major highways with shops , options to eat and shopping useful. Not a fancy area but quiet and without much traffic of vehicles.

We have passed a great bridge. The amazing house and the kids have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool that looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended accommodation if you are interested in attending an event at the Metropolitan Stadium. Very close to the stadium and with a metro line to get around Madrid. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. The deal with Rafael is very good.

Alejandro was a great host from the start. He welcomed us with everything we needed for breakfast, fresh fruits and hygiene products, which was a great touch. In addition, he was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags after check-out. The apartment's location is unbeatable: in the heart of Madrid, surrounded by dining options and perfect for walking around the city. Without doubt, we would choose it again. My husband and I, in our 70s, enjoyed 10 days in Ana’s comfortable and quiet apartment. Ana tried to accommodate our arrival time and was helpful and friendly. We did not use the kitchen and dining area much, taking advantage of the neighborhood’s restaurants and cafes with Ana’s suggestions. The living area has a comfortable sofa for two with plenty of storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable, but sleeping for two required some agility since it is next to a wall. Great bathroom! The interior apartment was removed from city noises, but neighbors’ voices and activities can be heard, usually not after midnight ( and Spaniards keep late hours!) The neighborhood is convenient for exploring historic areas and transportation. We have stayed in Madrid many times visiting family and friends, and we hope to have the same wonderful experience with our next visit.

It was very pleasant staying at Francisco’s listing! Located in the calm neighborhood of Salamanca, we found it a comfortable place to relax either minimal noise from external activities. It is a pleasant walk to Central Madrid and there are many restaurants around the area. It is nice to have dinner nearby the stay, but make sure to make reservations! Francisco was very responsive and his instructions for checking in and out were simple and clear. Thank you for the stay!

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is as it appears in the photos, beautiful, comfortable and warm. Everything was impeccable. Very well equipped with everything you need to live there as if it were our own home. We felt this way during our stay, like a home. Carlos received us with great kindness, he had left us food, drink and even toys for the kids. He answered all our questions with absolute willingness. The apartment's location is very good despite not being in the center. The area has a life of its own, the street where it is located is quiet but just a block away there are places to eat. The subway is very close, so it is very easy to get to all the tourist spots. We feel safe at all times, even when returning late at night. I hope it is available when we return to Madrid because we would choose it again without any doubt.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything was perfect! The air conditioning worked perfectly (we like it cool to sleep). Clean and everything needed was available!

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
