It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a large garden of more than 150m2 with a barbecue, an area for eating, a play area and a place to park. Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. (Possible noises from lun to vie by school and nearby works)

En la casa hay menores de edad. En el jardín no se admite desnudez ni tangas. Bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. Autobús a 6 minutos y tren a 9 minutos andando. Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, etc

Libra House is a unique house. IT IS NOT IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. This is a small house, decorated with a lot of love, with a ceiling height, and with a lot of light. Just renovated. BONITO GARDEN 🪴 It has two small bedrooms. One is a LOW-RISE ALTOLLO. It is not possible to stand. You have to climb with an anchored staircase. The quirkiness is that the walls aren't all the way upstairs. So acoustic and visual insulation is not possible from one to the other. It has 2 patios.

Very nice apartment and perfectly as described and very clean. The neighborhood is residential and quiet with necessary local shops. Easy free parking on the surrounding streets. You just have to be aware that the apartment is 30 minutes from the center of Madrid either by car or by transport (station nearby). I recommend for a family who needs to be a little quiet and who accepts the distance from downtown. Dogs allowed.

Casti was very kind, she was always attentive to give us directions, waiting for our arrival, everything was very nice. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom was far away and we had to go up and down stairs, and it was very hot at night to sleep, there was no fan or air.
