Nice apartment walking distance to everything in the old town. Super comfy bed and very spacious apartmrnt. Very close to the sea organ and a great Japanese restaurant Antiquus. Recommend staying here when visiting Zadar. It’s a 25 minute easy walk from the bus station. We went to Plitvice Lakes for the day using an agency which offered bus transport only and reduced entry fee ticket in a very comfy minivan, it’s a 2 hour drive from Zadar.

We spent our current vacation here and were super satisfied. Very nice hosts. The whole apartment was very neat and well maintained. As a welcome, there was a bottle of water and a juice and to say goodbye a small gift we were satisfied. The sea can be reached quickly in a two-minute walk.

Apartment was super furnished with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great location - nice walk along the beach to the old town. Drazen personally welcomed us and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

5 star – Absolutely recommended! Fantastic location and perfect facilities! Our stay at the Solana apartment in Nin was simply fantastic! The location is ideal - just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches and the charming old town of Nin. The area is beautiful, with many restaurants, cafes and attractions nearby. The apartment itself is modern, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness - everything was impeccably maintained and very hygienic. The hostess was super friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can only highly recommend the Solana apartment and will definitely come back! Perfect for a relaxing holiday! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Franciska & Toni’s apartment is gorgeous, and very comfortable. The building is a little dark and scary upon first entrance, but it’s perfectly safe and once you get used to it, there are no problems at all! So easy to walk to the city center quickly. Franciska and Toni also gave us many wonderful recommendations. 100% would stay here again!

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

The apartment has recently been renovated and the two bathrooms are new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has private access to the sea and sunbeds are also provided. There is a nice terrace with a table and chairs for eating outside. The sea is beautiful. The location is very quiet, perhaps the only problem is the distance from the villages, the nearest supermarkets are more than 20 minutes by car. Anna's dad was always very kind to us and always available to meet our every need. Very nice experience.

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thank you for the great stay, dear Petra☀️

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the ad stipulates, very clean, very practical with a nice terrace, and nickel services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the small cafe that overlooks it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to count at least 1 half-hour walk, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.
