We are also on a well, so the water does smell of sulfa. There is hydronic floor heat, cable television, wifi, a laundry room/bathroom, AC unit and a few kitchen amenities. Guests have a private entrance with the keypad. Guests must be able to adjust and climb ladder safely into loft bed. Two friendly large dogs on property
